Great location for a weekend getaway.

Great location with easy access to hiking trails and close to the beach to watch the sunset. My room which was situated at the back was large, clean, comfortable and had a relaxing private deck. The motel and grounds are well maintained and the staff are all very professional, helpful and friendly. An assortment of delicious muffins baked by the host are provided every morning.

Convenient, generally comfortable stay

bed was very comfortable, room and bathroom were clean; good muffins

bathroom had a strong mildew smell; walls were thin so could hear neighbors watching their TV, which was loud. there was a sign in the room regarding quiet hours, and to contact owner with issues but I didn't feel like I could complain about the TV watching. Muffins were not available until 8am so we were not able to enjoy the delicious muffins for several mornings of our stay.

Pleasant enough stay except I was awakened early by a loud noise at 6 AM, 8AM and sometimes 3 AM

Room was clean, bed was extremely comfortable. staff very friendlu

There was loud banging by what sounded like a trash receptacle being emptied. The first time i heard it was 6 AM.. It woke me up. I thought the trash collection truck arrived and emptied a dumpster with a lid. Then i heard it again at 8 AM. I usually lift the motel at 8:30 for the day. This went on for the 5 days I stayed at the motel. Last evening i heard this loud bang at 3 AM. then at 6 AM. etc. each time it woke me up. Room 12.

Was not what I was expecting, dated hotel. For the price, would have stayed elsewhere.

Easy to locate. Nice central location to downtown. Good size room.

Musty smell upon opening door. Loud heater which switched on every 7-8 minutes all night long. No heat in bath room. Upon check-out, breakfast was not available, person in front of us took last three muffins.

Good value

Clean motel, comfy beds, friendly staff, convenient location, quiet location. Homemade muffins served for breakfast. A good value for the money. We would stay here again.

Very nice lodging facility

Your facility was very clean and updated. The owner very friendly and helpful, with getting our TV set up.

The bathtub floor surface was flexing as you moved while taking a shower, maybe you installed a tub insert that had an air gap Between tubs, because of the slanted tub, just a guess I maybe wrong. Plenty of hot water and pressure though.

Exceptional

Our room was spotless and smelled fresh. Most motor inns on Cape Cod smell musty but not this one. The room looked like it had been recently updated with lovely wood grained vinyl floors and pretty wallpaper. The bathroom was well scrubbed and in good working order. The towels were thick and soft. Breakfast was home cooked muffins with coffee and juice. The value here was fantastic.

The numbering on the assigned parking spaces was confusing but since we visited during the off season, it was not an issue at all.

Room was comfortable, clean. Glad to get coffee and muffins for breakfast. Overall it's what we expected. Also liked having laundry facilities since we had been in Massachusetts for over a week. A good location.

Property is a bit outdated but very well kept up for it's age.
