Location was perfect for all downtown related

It appears that there was some construction being done in the main lobby. Not a major deal

Staff was friendly and attentive. Location was perfect for us.

People on the next room were extremely noisy walls seemed thin so noise was bad. Halls smelled like pot which was not enjoyable.

The location was perfect

For the price the room wasn’t all that and the parking is $30

Check in was horrible lady at the front was rude and had us wait 20 mins before given a key due to complications on their end… It was a odor soon as we got off the elevator on the 6th floor

On Saturday Night there was aurging outside our door the next morning the neighbors next door woke us up with loud talking

I liked the ambiance in the lobby, the room size, and the view of Uptown. The bed was also very comfy. Some days the team greeted guests as we exited and entered and some days they did not. Great proximity to city center and restaurants in Uptown. Just a short 7-10 minute walk.

The room was not properly cleaned before I arrived. So I could get comfy and prepare for my planned activities, I performed a thorough cleaning myself and informed the staff. My carpet in my room had several wet spots near the AC. Didn’t realize it until my socks were soaked. There was no water for a couple of hours when I arrived. The location was weird as the center it was located in, it seemed a bit abandoned with the exception of a store and a couple of restaurants in the back. I ordered food from the bar at the hotel: Disappointing. The bar tender was not a people’s person, I felt like I was disturbing him. One of the two elevators was broke so we shared with the housekeeping team. This created a longer wait.
