disappointing, we chose the hotel the breakfast and was shocked as to what was provided

the location was great - close to Universal

Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt über 3 Tage. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir hatten eine Suite, sowohl Wohnbereich, Bad als auch Schlafzimmer waren großzügig. Für uns war das Hotel von der Lage optimal, trotz das es gut ausgebucht war, war es sehr ruhig. Die Betten waren gut, Handtücher, Schampoo, Duschgel, Lotion in Spendern vorhanden, genügend Parkplätze. Das Frühstück war mit Bagel, Frischkäse, Butter, Marmelade und kleinen Muffins überschaubar aber ausreichend. Kaffee, Tee standen rund um die Uhr bereit.

Was wir nicht gut empfanden war das der Kühlschrank im Schlafbereich unter gebracht war und die Zimmer sehr gekühlt wurden.

Hubiera podido ser mejor en otro hotel...

No deberían anunciar que incluye desayuno. Lo único que había eran bagels, queso crema y café. No había la opción de huevos, panqueques, frutas, etc.

La habitación asignada inicialmente estaba ocupada. El hombre que estaba ella y yo tuvimos un mal momento al intentar entrar en la habitación.

nothing positive stood out

breakfast was meager, i had to plunge a toilet that was back up while we where gone all day, shower curtain didn't go all the way to the floor so water got everywhere, we won't stay again nor tell others to stay

Will I stay again? No thank you. Worst Hilton property I ever stayed in.

Just the check in I would say.

I do not like that it is advertised and I have the screesnhots on the website showing we would have a microwave. We always look at that to heat any meals for our children. They opened it new this location but you can tell it is not. The employee said that and our shower we took pictures look awful. The staff when we checked in rude. Breakfast just a selection of bagels and yogurt. The lady will follow you and look at everything you take to the table. We are a family of four. They made me uncomfortable.

A localização é excelente mas, o hotel precisa de uma reestruturação, velho, mau cheiro.

Café da manhã bem simples sem variedade, as vezes nem descemos pro café. Preferimos tomar no quarto mesmo.

Nossa, o carpete desde o corredor era fedido demais, encontrei baratinhas na borracha do frigobar e dentro do armário da TV. Toalhas velhas e gastas, precisando troca urgente.

Bad Business

Facilities were good. Location was good. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable.

I arrived after midnight after 2 grueling flights from Europe. Although I had a confirmed rate through Booking.com, receptionist wouldn't accept the rate and tried to charge more. Discussions went on for over 30 minutes including calls to her manager while I was dead on my feet. Finally, she grudgingly charged our card with the Booking.com rate and we proceeded to our room. This ruined our whole experience and was completely unprofessional. I will never use this hotel chain again.

Staffers were very friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was well presented by the lovely Lady I meet everyday there. She was very friendly and helpful 👍😀 One suggestion though, remove those icing sugar dusted donuts and put bagels instead.

There was no mention on the Website about Construction being done during people’s visits. I understand that the Hotel is under New Ownership. Unfortunately I have allergies, the dust and noise gave me headaches. This was not the first time experience I was hoping for. I was hoping that this would have been taken into consideration by management, that not all your guests would appreciate this kind of initial experience. Doing this renovations on a weekend might have been better.

Había pisos en mantenimiento. Los pasillos de las habitaciones no estaban en buenas condiciones. El ascensor viejo.

Um lugar que vale muito a pena se hospedar, ficamos 7 dias e não tivemos nenhum problema.

Pra nossa família foi tudo perfeito. Ótima localização.

Bon hôtel dans la zone commerciale des Parcs Universal

Hôtel correct et literie bien confortable dans le secteur des parcs Universal d'Orlando. Possibilité d'y aller à pieds d'ailleurs à 40min si vous êtes motivés. Piscine très cool et super petit déjeuner.

Le bâtiment subit beaucoup l'humidité : nous avons changé deux fois de chambre car fenêtre laissant passer l'eau et forte odeur de moisissure... Troisième chambre fût la bonne. Toutefois nous avons demandé par 3 fois un geste commercial (via la réception et via Booking), nous ne l'avons pas eu ...

For the price is a nice choice.

I like the staff, all the staff was kind and charismatic. Very attentive. It very near to all areas including the parks.

It wasn't hot breakfast like it says on the review. And the room smell like humidity sometimes. I think it's for the airconditioner or the carpet.

Location and pool. The room smell like wet "humidity," then I informed the staff that the refrigerator was not working, and they changed to another room much better .

Sometimes the aisle smells like humidity. The breakfast could include fruits and cereals.

Great for price, decent continental breakfast, well maintained pool

Pool, free breakfast, clean and very comfortable bed, coin laundry on site, fridge tv and microwave. Staff was super nice and friendly. One elevator broke and they were on it right away

Nowhere to eat or grab groceries within a close walking distance but that’s my only complaint. If you have a car like we did you’ll be fine, but not a walkable area

la habitacion y el personal estvieron perfectos

El desayuno, sirvieron un buen desayuno el primer dia, despues solo vino yogurt y jugos, horrible la atencion de los cocineros y personal encrgado del desayuno. Por otro lado me tocaron la puerta 3 veces por dia . muy molesto porque no dejan descansar, 3 personas afuera del hotel sentados siempre fumando marihuana y diciendo cosas a mi esposa. tenemos ninos por que dejan fumar marihuana fuera. horrible
