Frauds, Pathetic

Location

Cheats and frauds,they said I have stay until 12th morning and charged me on 11,when I came down and asked,questioned why they did not call me they said that's our policy. I walked out of the hotel immediately. EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF ROBBBING HARD EARNED MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS. SHAME ON THEM.

Great staff, comfy bed.

Comfy bed and pillows. Clean room. Super friendly and helpful staff. Overall nice hotel.

Breakfast could have been better, but it's free so hey.

Great

Breakfast was good and had good hours, too. The area was kept clean and tidy and they even had a pancake machine! I loved the pancake machine.

The sheets felt a little icky near the foot area. Dont know why, nor is it a big deal. Could have been just personal.

For the price point, I expected more.

It was just ok. No “non dairy” options for cereal. Like soy or almond milk. Biscuits were good. OJ from the machine is awful tasted like “orange water”!

Thot there was a microwave in each room.

This was not up to Wyndham standards. This location needs work.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly.

Beds were lumpy and very uncomfortable. Part of the pillows were flat.

location and being close to Kroger

The air conditioner unit didn’t work consistently. the barn sliding door feel off the sliding hinge and is not conducive for a family. Also the computer system was down for hours with check in and we had to reset our cards every day.

I would stay again because of the staff, Yolonda and the manager specifically.

Yolonda in the breakfast area was amazing! She was very helpful and kind. Give her a raise. The check in person wasn't as friendly. The manager was very nice.

The updating of the room was very shabby. The sliding door in the bathroom kept sticking and then opening. Very inconvenient. The shower knob and plate behind it were very loose. The room wasn't cleaned all that well after the first day and we stayed 3 days. Crumbs on the floor and counter, needed to be wiped and vacuumed.

Exceptional

One of the few hotels that still offer quality service and very clean rooms. Nice staff and decent breakfast. Honestly really happy.

The shower took a little long to drain. No big deal - just a maintenance issue.

Loved the stay, Good room, Best bed

The hotel has an amazing staff, friendly, easy to talk to and willing to help. Had a great stay there, would love to stay there if necessary. and would recommend it to my friends. Breakfast is very good

handicap room was not handicap accessible, breakfast wasn’t very good and not much variety. poolside wasn’t accessible and the bathroom needs a deep cleaning

OVER GREAT stay and location.

the employees were absolutely amazing. The breakfast was always hot. Hotel was CLEAN

All the light fixtures needs to be changed out. Very outdated & the mirror in the bathroom needs lights. Bathroom needs to be painted

it was okay up until I had to deal with the rude , judgemental hotel

I didn’t like that one hotel clerk was okay with renting out a suite to 7 teenagers and then the next day the police were called due to a total misunderstanding

Some expensive clothing was left behind in error and housekeeping staff stole the items.

The breakfast was fair. Potatoes were cold and need heating so was the biscuits.

The hallways and elevators need cleaning especially the button panel in elevator. Expected full closet closet closet
