My son is graduating from University. This NY trip was his reward for a job well done.

Proximity to many sites (i.e., within walking distance). Within our suite, we each had our own bedroom and separate bathrooms. Everything was clean, comfortable and convenient.

Our hacking neighbor (coughing a lot in the mornings) could have kept it down a little, ... but that's not your fault!?

Super Hotel für einen Städtetrip!

Perfekte Lage - die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. U-Bahn ist auch in der Nähe. Zimmer waren sauber, groß und gut ausgestattet. Super schönes Badezimmer. Wir hatten keinen Lärm in der Nacht, da das Hotel in einer Seitenstraße liegt. Das Personal war total freundlich und hilfsbereit man hat sich behandelt gefühlt wie in einem Luxushotel. Kostenloser Wasserspender mit Flaschen zum Mitnehmen. Kaffee- und Teebar ebenfalls vorhanden. 1 Zimmer hatte Blick in den Innenhof zu unbesetzten Büroräumen (Blickdichte Vorhänge vorhanden) und das zweite Zimmer hatte Blick auf St. Patricks Cathedral.

Heizung/Klimaanlage relativ laut aber ich denke das ist normal in Amerika. Wenn die Heizung eingeschaltet war ist der Vorhang die ganze Zeit herumgeflattert.

Had a great stay

Great location! Staff is very friendly and the room was nice. It was our second time staying here and definitely our favorite hotel in New York. There's also a small lounge with coffee corner that you can always use.

Ero già stato in questo hotel a settembre e continuo a confermare che la posizione è perfetta. Inoltre ho avuto la possibilità di fare un upgrade ottenendo una camera con un piccolo angolo cottura che ci ha permesso di organizzarci per la colazione e la cena e a New York questo ha un grosso valore

Excellent location, poor overall experience

Extremely centrally located

Room overpriced and hotel overrated. More like an average 3 star hotel with exceptional location, rather than 4 star. Room didn't have water bottle/coffee pods/slip ons. Hotel amenities non-existing really, besides a coffee machine in a small crowded common area.

Absolutely brilliant. We couldn’t have asked for more.

The staff were incredible, in particular Eric C and aerie U. The location is excellent. Our rooms were lovely, clean and very comfortable.

Dissappointing

The location of the hotel is great. The bathroom is well-furnished and rather modern (by New York standards). The personnel was also helpful and kind :)

The room was not well maintained. Very old furniture, the chair was half broken and the room could have been a bit cleaner. I know that New York is overpriced, but for $300 a night, I expected a bit more. Furthermore, there was not even a fridge! However, after asking for it, they put one in our room free of charge.

Great Night at Rockafeller Center

The room was exactly what we had expected. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. We book because we were going to the Today Show so the location was spot on. Will definitely stay again.

Clean, with nice staff!

The Jewel was a 4-5 minute walk to the Today Show at Rockefeller Center. We went there for the Brad Paisley concert series. I liked there was always an employee to greet you and to be of service.

It was just a tad small with no drawer space but for a two night stay, it was fine!

Our flight was delayed and really liked how the hotel staff waited until well past midnight to check us in. Rooms are large and very comfortable and the location is perfect for access to mid-town, Central Park and Times Square

Very good

The location is great, you are close to all the main attractions. The subway is 2 minutes away, bus station likewise. The room is quite spacious, but is long and narrow, so you squeeze between the bed and the TV. There is a facility at 2nd floor where you can make your own coffee, use a pc, refill a water bottle. Actually, there is a water refiller at every floor.

The bed is too small for 3 people (actually 2 adults and one 10 year old). There was a lot of room for a wider bed, but I don't know why they went with a queen sized one. Yes, I have paid for a triple room and that's what they gave me. It can be loud sometimes in the night, even though the window is on a street not avenue.

Check in was about 40 minutes late. Also, I was sent out an email to ask what I might need before check in and I requested an iron but never received one.
