Location was good. Didn’t eat the breakfast

We paid to have 2 cars valet parking, we had all her college stuff in the cars. we were on our way to taking our daughter to college and stayed in Nashville to 2 nights. Paid $50 a night for 2 nights, over $200 for the hotel to valet park our cars, and the car was broken into and had things stolen. You would think that paying that much to park your cars would be safe.

How close it was to downtown Nashville! But it was far enough away that you didn’t hear the noise from the bars and people.

There was no breakfast offered.

The location was perfect for so many things. It was nice to walk and not have to worry about parking because we did Valet parking through Courtyard. A huge plus, there is a Starbucks on the first floor.

First and foremost, when booking our room I was under the impression we would automatically have a parking spot especially paying almost $600 a night to stay here. We were in town for a concert. Upon arriving at our hotel, we called early 3:30 to see if we could check in and also asked about parking. While in conversation with the guy on the phone, he hangs up on us. I literally would have went somewhere else if there would have been somewhere to go. After checking into our room, we noticed after an hour the temperature in our room wouldn't change. Called the front desk and informed them of this issue (keep in mind...it's July and 98 outside). After an hour still no difference, they finally gave us a small discount. Nothing to brag about. About 3 hours later, the temperature finally reached 75. I later looked at the reviews and there were several where people had problems with their air in their rooms.

Great location from the Nissan Stadium. The staff was great. Louis was very personal and helpful. Room is large and clean. Great place to stay for the weekend.

The people inside were very polite. I was aggravated over the parking situation and they handled it perfectly

Starbucks was available within hotel, but we ate breakfast elsewhere.

The $49 valet only parking for a one night stay.

The location is excellent for anyone looking to walk to Bridgestone arena about 2-3 blocks also parking garage is just across the street,, valet parking is available.

It is pricey, but very nice and comfortable.

Check in and out was so easy, staff very friendly. Room was very spacious.

Windshield and window broken while in valet parking. No security, we were told security had called out.

The pillows are terrible! Literally everything else was great.

Our original bathroom was not the cleanest. The staff put us in a better room without question!

Love the location and the staff is excellent, checked in Sunday may 21st about 4pm. Anna I believe was her name at the counter, nothing but smiles and giggles from her ( I was joking with her) what a great why to start our trip ..... excellent job !

loud flushing sounds in bathroom when someone flushed a toilet in another room , ac was very loud , television to small for the space off set to corner of room and auto dim made difficult to see. room service didn’t empty fridge someone’s food was still in there. booking .com and Marriott screwed up our reservation , has to pay twice and two different prices, got Locke four of room upon return and needed to reverify booking info to get our room back where our belongings already left.

The location is close to 2nd Ave and Printers Alley. Easy walking. The beds are super comfortable. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly.

The price was a little high, but it was cheaper than others around it.
