We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again. We would recommend to our friends and family.

The front desk staff Dayshawn was Great! The bell staff Derrick was super friendly, professional and helpful! Everyone including the Security Staff that we met were very friendly and helpful! It was a breath of fresh air to experience this kind of service!

Maybe a lunch menu for the Watertable restaurant.

Paying for parking that’s expensive the room not having a microwave also they put shampoo in the bathroom without shower gell

Quick trip to Baltimore for a concert and it was an awesome.

The breakfast was superb. Lots of choices and everything was fresh. Super convenient to the Baltimore Soundstage. Has its own parking garage.

We would stay there again.

We got dinner delivered, that was great. All of the staff was great and very helpful.

The place is hugh.my husband has trouble walking. He didn't know he could use an elevator to get from one floor of the parking garage to another. There were a lot of people in the hallway with little kids late in the evening that were loud.

Great except for overpaying for the room that did not come with the club lounge

Staff and facility very clean

Booked for the club lounge which was not open and an hour wait for a complimentary breakfast in the watershed lounge.

I only stayed one night, but both bars were lively, staff respectful, place was clean!

The room was clean, bed was extremely comfortable, TV had great stations, shower was amazing.

Only thing I did not like was having to pay for parking.

Was completely disappointed

The property had a great location, for the most part was clean. Included a breakfast and bar on premises.

Property did not want to honor my booking reservation made me wait in line 30 minutes to contact Booking.com. Then eventually excepted my reservation. Management was not helpful or courteous. Continental breakfast included although I had to argue to get it even though during my booking, it said it was included. We also booked this location because I’ve had an indoor pool so the kids could access downtime. However the pool was not heated in the month of December and other guests were also disappointed. The hot tub was not in working order and had been closed off for sometime. Therefore, it should’ve never been in the description of the hotel. Were roaches all in the pool area.

Short and brief... good location.pleasant environment....Over all i probably wouldnt stay again....

Excessive ball rooms size, plenty of space to maneuver was a plus....

The amount of money you spend on room it should be complimentary....aswell as wifi.....

Pretty nice hotel at a hectic time of year

Liked the room and staff were friendly. No real complaints and I was there for about 2 days to enjoy the inner harbor

Could use maybe a microwave or refrigerator for food

It's a charm in "charm city!"

From the moment I approached the front desk "Zye" (registrar) was on point! The front desk staff was amazing! They all were so friendly and accommodating. I felt like I was visiting family! I was given unexpected complimentary breakfast coupons. The room was well appointed, clean and stocked with my extras. Upon my check-out and departure, the staff (Angelo) was still attentive to ensure I was safe and had proper travel arrangements. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Chef's kiss to the GM and the entire staff! My rating is based on how the establishment me feel. It was great experience!

Great hotel. Would love to visit again.

Perfect location, clean.

Parking was confusing, hard to find spots in garage. Our room was right by the pool which made for a lot of noise and traffic.

NOT Renaissance Quality

Wait staff in the restaurant was friendly. The place appeared clean and location was good for my planned activity.

Upon arrival, went to the line for Bonvoy Elite check-in, was told only one line, I mentioned that isn't what the sign says & response was "It's just a sign." Isn't the point of signs to point you in the right direction? Wouldn't call check-in staff friendly. That night I got out of the shower there was a huge ROACH. Tried to write it off that I was in a big city but they continued to not meet my expectations. I trapped it under the trash can & maid service cleaned up next day but I was paranoid for the rest of my trip. Breakfast was fine but really expensive for a buffet. Again, I tried to write it off as just being in a big city where everything is overpriced. The pool was FREEZING. Not sure the temperature but it had to be below 70 degrees. Hot tub was out of order, wrapped up in tarping that looked like it had been there awhile and wasn't planned to be fixed any time soon. All this... I get home to find out they have billed me for the room even though I had already paid on Bookings.com. When I called to get this fixed the woman seemed to be put out that she had to look into this. I didn't have to fight with her to get it fixed, after a 10 minute hold she came back but she couldn't even tell me how much that was, I had to tell her. I'm still waiting for the confirmation to make sure it happened. Lastly, Marriot won't put credits on Bonvoy because I booked through 3rd party. BOGUS! Overall, I love Marriot and I will continue to stay at Marriot, but I expect Renaissance to be a Marriot higher end brand and even though I got a great deal on Bookings.com I still expect Renaissance to be Renaissance Quality. It was NOT! Expect more like Springhill, (I guess I got what I paid for rather than a deal on a great brand.)

The hotel is nice.

This hotel charged my Amex twice. I booked thru Booking.com and paid up front for 3 nights with my husband. Then, after checkout, the hotel charged my Amex a second time, as if I hadn't already paid. Calling the hotel after I left has gotten me only to hang-ups and full inboxes or no one answering at all. This hotel is huge, why is no one around to answer a call?? This has been a nightmare. I've had to file complaints thru Marriott as well as Booking.com and American Express. Just to get refunded the $500 I never should have been charged.

Room wasnt ready. Mall Inside was shut down. Got over charged on food. Phone didn't work and wasn't replaced. Housekeeping was always inconvenient times. Coffee didn't get replenished unless I asked for it.

Park elsewhere.

Great view, and the bar was plentiful.

The parking is too expensive even without valets. The was a card needed for a hold when I arrived at the desk that was not mentioned in booking.com.

Decent room, rude staff.

Nice part of town and big rooms

Staff were rude and didn’t not provide good service. They did not have any caffeinated coffee for the room in the hotel. Asked for a late checkout and they only gave me 30 minutes. The bathroom has a lot of broken items, was a bit rough. Hotel also charges for everything.
