The view was amazing.

We paid that much money for a room and didn’t realize there was no wifi, no microwave, no directory so we didn’t know where anything was in the hotel, the front desk staff didn’t give any information on the hotel stay in general.

An expensive bottle of liquor was left at valet for me at around 2-3am for me to pickup in the morning by my girlfriend and when I went to valet and the front desk, they stated that the expensive bottle of liquor was nowhere to be found. Not a positive experience. Other than that, the facilities, local bar and restaurants and city ambiance were top notch.

The location was very convenient for our stay in Baltimore.

The cost for parking!! The restaurant didn’t have a lot of variety during our stay. Bandaids (very few) were $10. ( however the front desk told us not to buy them and gave us the one bandaid we needed.) Food and drinks were pretty pricey for the offering.

Everything was cool

They double charged me and I never received my refund called and complained several times

The decor of the room along with the scenery of the waterfront was breathless. It was a penthouse suite effect. I will be going back again and again

The location could not find my reservation based on my first and last name or by the Booking.com confirmation number. They was able to find it from a Marriot email I received about checking in. The person said the name was entered incorrectly. I'm not sure how

No room service. Only one restaurant. Inconsistent housekeeping.

very clean. comfortable beds. nice view. nice neighborhood.

Elevator broke down (but was fixed relatively quickly). Parking is expensive. Bathroom needs a fan. front desk staff could be a little friendlier.
