The carpets where filthy!!

The location of the property was great. It was close to all the attractions and places to eat. Everything was clean inside of the rooms and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The first two nights were excellent until the third night. There was someone smoking weed outside of our room late at night and the smell was in our room until the next morning. When we were leaving the next morning the smell of weed was everywhere again.

The room had a very strong odor. I think if the carpeting was taken out and replaced with flooring it would eliminate the odor since it is a dog friendly motel.

I liked the location and convenience

I thought the price that I was charged included my pet, but I was charged additional for my pet. The cost for a two night stay was $444.00 and the extra charge.

Difficult to get to, it was next to a la Quinta, had to drive thru their lot to get to it. The driveway for super 8 was blocked off. bathroom doors were tricky. They called my sister at 11pm to say she signed the wrong paperwork. She was in bed!!!! Their bathroom door locked and maintenance wouldn’t be in until 8, she had to take her son to the lobby to go potty.

Comfortable beds, good breakfast, nice pool, great location.

The ability to reach the hotel from the main road was difficult, the road that was to lead to the hotel was roped off, so you could not get to hotel just look at it and go back out to main “busy” road to guess at what road will get you into the hotel!!!! At night when we got back to hotel, after a busy hot day, turned light on in bathroom and saw a cockroach the size of a quarter in the sink, Sighted by my 2 daughters and I. I tried to catch and kill, but it ran in the hole in back of sink. Daughters and I were uncomfortable after that and didn’t want to stay. Went to office, and was told that we couldn’t get our money back because it was more than hour after we checked in. They moved us 3 rooms down. Slept with lights on, toilet paper in our ears, bags zipped up, and no blankets for $169. Will not be back!!!

I absolutely didn't like the carpet. When you walked barefoot your feet got black.

The room had a wheelchair access and shower.

The floor was carpet not a good ideal need hard wood or concrete for wheelchair.

We had the disability room and I have to say the bathroom was excellent unfortunately that was best part of room

Almost positive got bed bug bites all over arms from bed woke up with red itchy bumps and have scratched myself to death all day also staff was very unfriendly

Great & Safe Location. very quiet. Clean. Comfortable. Elevators. Good Breakfast. Coffee in lobby 24/7. Will definitely stay here again & highly recommend!

it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable and it is pet friendly because I had my 2 dogs with me and it right around area attractions in pigeon forge

It was more than I was expecting. Was a very nice and clean room.

I liked that the hotel was pet friendly, so I was able to bring my Beagles with me. I liked that the hotel was back from the Parkway a little, so the traffic noise was cut down some.

The refrigerator made a noise. It never stopped. It sounded like something was beating on the back of it. The heating system had a very bad smell. The bed sheets looked like there was cigarette ash on them even though it is a no smoking hotel.
