Gostamos bastante, voltaria tranquilamente.

Gostei muito do atendimento! Pessoal super legal, sempre prontos a nos atender bem. Gostamos da localização, fica perto de mercados e lanchonetes. Gostamos de que mesmo ficando perto da rodovia, não escutamos barulho nenhum dos carros. Gostamos de não ter que pagar para estacionar o carro

Valor das comidas vendidas no hotel. De só trocar roupa de cama e toalha a cada 3 dias. Do estacionamento nao ser coberto... na chuva fica complicado.

Für eine Nacht ok.

Lage am Highway undNähe zum LAX.

Ich wählte dieses Hotel/Motel für meine Nacht vor dem Rückflug nach Deutschland. Die Lage am Highway und somit nur 15 min zum Flughafen ergeben die 4 Sterne für die Lage. Die Anlage ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Die Wände sind dünn und man hört alles vom Nachbarn. Sauberkeit in meinem Zimmer war ok. Parken ist kostenlos. Die Angestellten zeigen ziemlich deutlich das sie keinen Bockhaben. Es wurden 100Euro meiner KK belastet ohne das anzukündigen. Die Möglichkeit im Hotel zu Frühstücken ist ein Witz und vollkommen überteuert. Besser ein Stück zu „Dennys“ fahren. Alles in allem würde ich das nächste mal woanders übernachten, auch weil der Preis für eine Nacht ungerechtfertigt war.

Clean rooms and close to the main roads

It was a great hotel, but wish it had included breakfast for the price.

It was a beatiful room with a comfy bed and very inviting.

It was very expensive and I think it could have included breakfast for that price.

Convenient option to visit if you are in Torrance.

Great location, the room was confortable, and they are pet friendly. Thank you Sonesta to protect my family during the tropical storm Hilary and a 5.0 earthquake.

Restful, quiet place to recoup!

Clean, convenient & comfortable. As a Senior with some disabilities, I asked for a close room to Elevator and they were able to coordinate a great room for me. Easy to walk to & get to pool also.

Limited Handicapped parking, but I was able to find one eventually. The shower water ran into the main bathroom and had to use many towels to keep floor dry.

When we checked out on the same day, we left behind the base of a hot water bottle. As there was no contact number at the front desk, please notify us to temporarily store it and we will retrieve it as soon as possible. Thank you!

Underwhelmed but fine.

I really appreciate the animal friendly environment. The Coffee bar was great to have and I enjoyed laying at the pool even though I didn't go in it

The overall cleanliness of the hotel. Crumbs on the floor in corners. Carpet was Stained and almost sticky feeling on bare feet. Dirty baseboards and shower wall. The faucet was eroding on our sink Pool was visibley dirty

Overall, a very pleasant hotel to stay for short or long stays with large comfortable beds and large rooms.

Location is near a freeway exit and on ramp. The rooms were comfortable and clean with good firm beds that were king size.

The bathroom could use a vent for moisture from the shower and the shower heads and drain could do with more regular maintenance/cleaning.

We were 2 adults + 1 Child. I do not understand why we received only 2 vouchers for breakfast for adults. Looks like child do not eat breakfast. Long waiting time to receive breakfast.

Good but not great.

Good location for LAX. Good value. Beautiful outdoor pool open til 10 pm-

We had breakfast incluced, but we had to go back an forth between the reception desk and the bar. Breakfast was meh. Desk personnel ok but always on the phone. Location not so good if you arrive after 7pm (not many resaurants around, just a little shop in the hotel).

Pleasant stay with a particular thanks to the front desk, which was great. It is extremely seldom these days to find great customer service in the States so these particular guys were great.

Location to family. Room was big and balcony was convenient.

Stinch was horrible in the first room they assigned, they made it right with the second room. However, plumbing and water pressure was an issue but was fixed the next day.

I called the front desk to clean the toilet, but I was uncomfortable my whole stay.

The location

Upon checking into my room, I unpacked. I then went to the bathroom and put the lid to the toilet up. There was pee and pubic hairs all over the toilet seat. I went to the store to buy bathroom cleaning supplies and sanitizer wipes just to be able to use the restroom. But I felt uncomfortable in the whole room.

Keycards kept deactivating (no where near other electronics) AC doesnt work (I was in 2 different rooms) Lighting in bathroom flooded, dim lighting that had to be changed Groups of motorcyclists revving their engines and blasting music in early morning and night Pool had no towels, even though the front desk said there was Pool was dirty with leaves

Great location

I liked that the hotel is located super close to restraunts and stores . staff is super helpful and hotel is clean, loved that they are pet friendly and we were able to take our pup with us :)

I didn't like that the rooms dont have a microwave inside, and that we didn't get to use the pool since other people staying there desided to do an all day long pool day and brought food inside the pool area and they sat on the stairs to the pool and i couldnt get in (i'm pregnant )
