Location and view are top reasons for staying at this particular property. Price was high but mainly because of Gasparilla Weekend, so understandable.

Very clean and tidy great location
If you book a room with breakfast included for more than two people breakfast only covers two, you have to pay for any additional guests. This wasn't clear on the booking.com confirmation.

Food in the restaurants was excellent. Valets were very polite and speedy. Very walkable area. Super close to Amalie Arena.
Too many extra fees. Too many dogs in the hotel. The room next to ours had a dog that barked on and off all night.

Location is great, as you can walk to multiple bars, restaurants and other hotels. The view is awesome. The room was big and very clean and had a nice size balcony overlooking downtown Tampa.
I wish the lobby bar stayed open later.

Everything was way over over priced.. This is because of them believing that Location deserved it.

The whole place was wonderful love it just no stores near by other then that it was great…. The guy who check me in forgot his name slim curly hair guy was awesome love it him will stay again came in for rod wave concert

The room we were in was too warm. Even though we kept the room at 60, it was not working, the room was too warm, there should be ceiling fans.
