Localização. Muitos mendigos e malucos ao redor do hotel. A limpeza por vezes não era feita no apartamento. Deixou a desejar.

Love the hotel! We were able to walk downtown from there

Very nice and helpful staff. Nice rooms and bathrooms.

The homeless population in the area.

Rooms were clean & smelt good. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff was friendly.

New hotel with good breakfast

Great breakfast, very clean and new. Secure parking. Comfy beds.

The area is a bit rough, be prepared for sirens and yelling at all hours.

Comfort & Very Clean

Drug addicts are sleeping at the edge of the property, and across the road No Wifi available on the morning of departure to do work. The owner had to reset the servers, over an hour later it was still not done.

They don’t provide water, the shower was bad no flip flops, and they don’t change the bed sheets. I was upset about all those problems

The building from the outside looked very nice. The fencing and gate around the parking lot indicates the area was in transition

Value for money and close to "tourist" areas.

Convenient location. Excellent facilities (new hotel). Cleanliness.

This is a difficult one. Immediate neighborhood largely comprised of homeless with obvious substance abuse problems. Some of them just kids.

One night stay for a road-trip.

Room was comfortable, laundry services available, and breakfast didn’t run out early.

The location isn’t the best; there were cops arresting people on the street.

You should make sure you clean the rooms before new guests arrive.

The room was not clean. There were clipped toe nails on the floor, and my son found a sock in his bed - therefore, the bedding may not have been changed.

Lovely hotel, pleasant staff but poor location.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff super nice and attentive! The hotel was exactly how it was describe on their website. My only concern was the location of the hotel. From the website, doesn’t really show where it’s located so to my surprise arriving at that location was kind of disappointed.

The amount of homeless individuals roaming the area, you can practically see someone shooting up a needle up their arms from my hotel room. It was surrounded with that kind of sight.

Quiet, comfy, and will be back

I love that it is all fenced in, I feel more safe because of location. The room n beds are comfortable. We come to town cause of medical, and my husband is going blind and I am handicapped.

The only thing I could say was the food was plenty but could be warmer.

Look Deeper

I love having a breakfast. And I loved how comfortable the beds are. And the rooms, have at first glance, looked clean.

Even though the breakfast was great, it was cold, meaning the gravy was not hot enough probably to kill bacteria, but I'm not a scientist so who knows, and my room open onto a dilapidated old building next to us. And the room wasn't as clean as I thought. I have short brown hair, and in the morning when I pull the sheets back there was a bunch of long black hair. And the pool of yellow around the base of the toilet was dry before I even got there. What I stay here again probably.

Very expensive. I understand high rates due to location, busy weekend but it was a bit excessive.

Did recover and smash a bed bug like insect by my bed. Left sample in cup on bathroom sink.

Pleasant, except for 3 loud bangs.

Breakfast was outstanding. The area had too undesirables.

The room was clean but the lighting was dim. I'll remember to bring an extra lamp.
