I had the worst experience my vehicle was stolen from the parking lot, the authoritiies wwere notified and my vehicle was returned damaged. I left the hotel a day early and was not reimbursed any fees.

The property never notified me and I was charged after having being the victim of a crime.

It was worst than staying in a hostel

Over priced housed section people whom were inappropriately rude and disgusting..... they smoked in the building and left there garbage all the hallways.....and service was deplorable

The convenient location, clean and safe environment, pleasant staff.

nothing to like at all

very rude staff especially that guy called Nazim , very high prices, cockroaches everywhere, trash people all over the place walking all day and night , uncomfortable beds , dirty carpets

It was okay but wouldn’t choose this location again.

Location was close to venue.

I have pet (dog) allergies rooms where used prior pet friendly caused my asthma to be triggered during my stay. The smell in the halls smelled of dogs. Had to ask for wash cloths. Wouldn’t choose this location again. 😕

Overall, fabulous stay and fantastic staff, especially Chebet.

Breakfast was ok but wish they had a little more variety from day to day

Acceptable for two nights, But would not meet our needs for longer.

A solid property in a convenient location. it was, for the most part, quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

not much in the way of kitchen equipment, silverware, etc. Very limited tea supplies. I thought Sonesta suites had actual suites – this was one large room.

nice until the Checkout

The property is well Maintained and peaceful! however what went wrong is my checkout! I paid For 10 night Plus the CRAZY Deposit! I spoke to The supervisor about Extending my stay but Change my mind Because the place is serine But need some updating! But not Almost 4000$ Dollars A month Greed! Anyhow I was Charge for A Random Night that no one can Account for and they Kept Trying to Charge my card And it was Declined And locked! and I told them that I would Get it Squared Away with the Bank and they Have not check Me out and the Manager Had the Staff tell me if I dont pay by 1pm today THEY would call the Cops For what would be Considered A civil Matter and their Fault Because How they Choose to bill me for what I paid Almost 2000$ for!!!! Insane!!!! most of the Staff like housekeeping and Maintnance was Nice! But Currently im still Checked in Due to their Supervisors Fault in billing! If you want peace Give it a try! but if you want your Pockets sucked DRY and your Bank Account Manipulated STAY AWAY no transparency Overpriced And not worth the Headache!

Great Stay in South Brunswick, NJ

Practically everything! The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed! The AC worked great, too!

The TV was very far from the bed. The way the room is set up, it makes sense, but it's hard to see the channel guide if you like to lay in bed and watch TV.

On our first day I went to the front desk to tell them that we had no soap or shampoo in the shower and they never refilled the containers

The location was great for where we wanted to be in Princeton. We would have liked the AC to be on in the room prior to us arriving. It was 78 degrees but once the AC was turned on, it did cool down quickly. Biggest negative was the $250 fee that was taken out of our debit card in addition to the room charges for "incidentals." We would have liked to have known that fact before booking.

The $250 additional charge at check in for incidentals. The money was taken immediately out of our debit card and took 4 days for it to be returned.

Party Hotel.

Clean facilities. Good coffee.

Having to pay $250 per room extra ($500 total) for "incidentals" for one night's stay Having to sign a "Code of Conduct" form at check in that specifically stated no parties were allowed, then having a party of 10 + pre-teen girls stay in a room above us, with no parents in the room, jumping on and off furniture and screaming; complained to front desk clerk who refused to do anything. Will never stay at this hotel again.
