Good location. Good Breakfast. Reserve the shuttle to the airport if needed.

Room was large High ceiling Mattress, towels and sheets were very comfortable/better than average. Nice lobby and eat in area for breakfast Good selection of breakfast items. Friendly kitchen staff. Housekeeping staff very pleasant.

Upon arrival at 9pm 5.11.2023 desk clerk said reservation was not on her system. Insisted I call booking.com. Said Booking.com ALWAYS messes up the reservations. Told me to call booking.com three times as I was looking for a phone number. Then clerk said OH I FOUND IT. THE RESERVATION IS INDER YOUR FIRST NAME. No apology given. No welcoming feeling. Also PM clerk told me when breakfast was served but did not ask if I needed a shuttle. In the morning, AM desk clerk responded to my request for the shuttle - DID YOU RESERVE THE SHUTTLE? NO ONE told me I had to...Again not a nasty exchange just not a friendly helpful desk clerk either time. Room 113 has torn carpeting and torn up molding. Room as cool and instructions for turning on heat were lacking.

Comfortable stay at a reasonable price for such a busy weekend.

Location and access to shuttle, comfortable rooms, the breakfast, and the coffee choices. I’m never a fan of the eggs and sausage in hotels, but the cereal, yogurt, and little waffles made up for it. I also loved all the coffee choices!

Front desk clerk doesn't accept third party reservations

Nothing. The lady at the front desk refused to accept a reservation I made on booking.com.

The front desk lady requested I call booking.com and have them handle it. So I did. The lady at booking.com called the front desk and I witnessed the hotel clerk literally refuse to accept a confirmation number from booking.com. We were forced to cancel our reservation and go elsewhere. To top it off, we couldn't use booking.com anymore BECAUSE of the cancelation and refund. The whole situation was unnecessarily difficult.

Superb

Loved the Nespresso machine. Perfect cafe mocha. Check in was easy, minus Booking switching my first and last name for some reason. Autumn was great and friendly as well!

Hotel was full, which I understand, but I had to park outside of the designated parking lot of the hotel when we came back from our event.

Great location and hotel for a good price. Beds were amazing.

I liked the complementary breakfast. The bed was very comfortable.

The pool was cold and not clean. The fallen debris from trees as well as dead bugs in the pool. Housekeeping did a good job except one morning when they did not make our bed. It was evident the rest of the room had been cleaned expect the bed. I was frustrated to find out upon my arrival that you in fact did not have a shuttle to downtown, which is stated in your reviews from booking.com from a few months ago. I even called to confirm with a female representative before booking the hotel who confirmed the shuttle to downtown ran from your hotel. You having a shuttle is the main reason I booked this hotel. You need to take that off your website and make it clear online that you only service to the airport.

One night probably enough.

Room changed with limited fuss. Helpful staff through the night and early morning. Bit further from airport and thus noise is less. Could not fault either of the shuttle bus drivers. Careful and considerate.

Not all rooms come with microwave as per every other Best Western I have stayed in. Desk staff on arrival aggressive in the way the lady wanted me to review her on a different site by name as she makes $20 apparently. It should be made more obvious that the A/C is controlled by a wall thermostat. I guess the people before me did not know this and had laid into the A/C unit. I had to inform the front desk of damage to the carpet. The shuttle service is a tad hit and miss and you have to call for it from the airport or reserve a time for when you wish to leave the hotel. Even though I watched the lady write my request into the next days diary, this request was missing in the morning.

Shuttle starts from 4am till 11pm I needed it at 3am :( but with only 10$ uber u get to airport

The continental breakfast was very good. I love hotels with the sink on the outside of the bathroom as well. Amenities were good.

We were very disappointed that the indoor pool was closed, because that was the main reason I booked this hotel. There was also strands of hair left in the bathroom.

Very comfortable stay. My 82 year old mom enjoyed her stay also

Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night due to young adults smoking pot on the 2nd floor. We could smell the pot in the hall up on the 4th floor. My 82 year old mother had a very difficult time going down the stairs to the lobby. Only one staff member on site at the time. Other customers using very abusive language towards your staff member as he was trying to get the fire alarm off. It took the fire department quite awhile to get there. We traveled from Nashville to Navarre FL and stayed at the Best Western there which was very uncomfortable and not even as close of facility. Uncomfortable bed and you could hear every sound and voice from outside and neighbors. . In my opinion they give Best Western a bad name

we were happy about our stay. this is the 3rd year to come back at Christmas time

being left alone in the morning

parking. seemed like people paid to park there and took up the spaces close to the entrance. also only 1 large luggage roll rack and it was always either in a room or on a floor not returned

Nice stay before flying home

Location was great. Close enough to the airport. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Fire alarms going off late at night thanks to some pot heads partying in their room. Obviously not the hotels fault.
