Too many homeless people hanging Out and walking the property! When I arrived to check in 1 homeless man was standing by the stairs getting high huffing a can of Duster !

The staff was super kind and very helpful. The cleaning lady and gentlemen were very kind. They made sure we didn't need towels even when we weren't checking out.

The hot water did not stay hot long enough. They could use an update in the rooms.

The staff was friendly and housekeeper was very attentive I also liked the size and comfortable bed and the space it contained I like the morning coffee and the cleanliness of the front area I also like that I was able to detail clean my room because I was staying longer than I expected . I have no problem helping out doesn’t hurt to clean up after yourself and not leave a huge mess for the housekeeper upon checkout. I know the magma ent said don’t worry that’s why there’s house keeping to take care of it but why send someone to do something I can do

That I asked for adownstairs and got an upstairs and not all the staff nor the booking agent were on the same page about the price matching. Was told different ways to go about it and it only got matched the last two stays and also I never received a receipt for my stays even though I paid at the front desk everyday of my stay to get my price matched when it was suppose to be 68.35 each stay but I paid different amounts each time from the 14 to the 20. Too bad you can’t hire a person like me who will stay a couple days in each room to fully detail it and that way your hotel will always be cleaner than the rest of them and earn a 5 star rating. I would love to work and do that even give me a room to live and a little pay to survive and I’ll detail a room a day. I’ve stayed with several hotels in the past month and trust me they sure could use that detailing because there is only so much u can have a housekeeper do to clean every room everyday. U need like one housekeeper for every 5 rooms if u want to get that sparkling 5 star rating and be able to be fully booked because ur hotel is nice and clean
