The friendly staff is what makes this stay great

The friendly staff made the stay. Heated pool was fabulous.

Walls were thin, especially through the adjoining door.

Pay the extra money to stay somewhere else.

The only nice part of the hotel was the newish gym / locker rooms for the pool area which was still bleh.

The entire hotel needs a major update. The rooms are so old, smelled bad and like mold, the toilets take forever to flush, the bathroom lighting / fans were old and loud. You could hear every stomp or step from the floor above keeping everyone up at night. The restaurant food was just OK, the staff was very friendly but unorganized and inexperienced.

All of Snowmass is overpriced but this place is overpriced and does not deliver.

it was a nice location

I’m always amazed when a hotel does not have a bell cart. That means they expect their guests to carry everything to their room no matter how heavy it is! The elevator was also out of service.

Clean, cozy, great meals, loved it!

The hotel is a great value for money in terms of the room. What makes a big difference is the cleanliness, the staff which was welcoming, responsive and warm. The meals that come from Artisan restaurant are top notch! We discovered them only on second day and regretted that we ate outside on the first. Warmed pool outside was great for us and the kids. We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back again in the future

Parking is not managed by the hotel and not organized, but still manageable.

Very disappointed at the quality of the hotel.

The location in the mountains

Very rude staff. Shuttle drivers seemed put out to shuttle us to the mall. Large parties at restaurant prevented any service in the main dining area.

My room was cute and spacious - was upgraded to room with balcony. Pool area and fitness facility were nice. Restaurant had nice outdoor are with view.

The perfect ski lodge!

Stonebridge Inn is exactly as pictured. Always clean, always tidy, cozy, and a home away from home. I fell in love with the place!

Location

The bed, you can find it’s kind of old and uncomfortable. I have to sleep on the sofa bed so I can fall asleep. The hot tub closed too early of the day, said closed at 6pm when other hotel closed at 10pm.

Just ok, not that good.

Location is good, around restaurants. Check-in is pretty quick and parking is right in front off the hotel.

Rooms were not that clean, we had flies in the room. Sink was clogging and the washroom was too congested. Carpet didn't seem that clean as well. No breakfast included.
