terrible experience

the staff! super nice !

thinking about Marriott you should say everything would be amazing, well this was the worst experienced. needed a renovation ASAP. the room was terrible with stains at the sofa bed and worst at the mattress, one elevator which didn’t work. Terribleness in all the way.

The breakfast and coffee was nice.

The room looked like it was in need of updates. Musterious stain on chair in room and the bath tub looked stained or dirty. Found a hair on the sheets and the room did smell musty.

Great days

Excellent and useful location. Most of the staff was incredibly helpful and kind, especially the manager and the cleaning staff. Complementary breakfast is really good and varied.

It would be great if the rooms had safeboxes.

The pillows were easily the worst I have ever used. The bathroom door did not close and the vent did not work.

The rooms had a moldy smell and felt very humid. Air conditioning was not up to par, and the rooms need ALOT of paint and deep cleaning

Staff was very kind. Room was clean, nice. Waffle station was good. Quick to replace juices in machine as they ran dry..

Fitness room, very small. Pool very small and shallow. Breakfast wasn't very warm. Hot water for tea was not hot at all, just warm and no microwave to make it hotter.

The breakfast had a good selection and wasn't too busy. The beds were comfortable and shower was nice.

The pool was not heated so it was very very cold. It's indoors but inside the pool room it echos so bad with kids playing it was almost unbearable.

there needs to a microwave for the breakfast if your gonna serve instant oatmeal Hot water does not cook the oatmeal that needs to be done in the microwave.

the bedroom had a musty smell.I believe there was mold on the ceiling.They did move our room this one smelled like tar.But got better once we put the ac unit on.The staff was very sorry said they would give us full refund for the reservation
