Nice place to stay if you're going to visit the downtown area.

Friendly staff at the front counter and a great location in the Prescott downtown area.

The TV didn't work in our first room, we had to switch rooms!

Great location, but sheets were re-used from previous traveler.

Great location. within walking distance to downtown

Sheets smelled of bad dirty body odor. Discretly marked all sheets and pillow cases then requested a complete change of entire bedding, including pillow cases and blanket. When I returned later that day, bed was neatly made, but with all the same bedding. Asked front desk about it and they assured me all bedding was changed. When I pointed out that I marked all the bedding with a small pen dot on all the tags, they apoligized profusely and sent someone to change the linen. SO DISGUSTING!!!

Staff was friendly and very helpful. We showed up a couple hours before check in, the person at the desk was nice enough to get us a room early

Breakfast buffet 😋 numerous selections, also they change various options every day .yummy 😋

was a tiny bit disappointed, that no bottled drinking service was available in room every day, I need to drink at least 8 bottled water per day to stay hyderabad. I was given two bottled drinking water on 1st day an front desk informing me to come down and refill them at water cooler.: this was inconvenient since im healing from brocken necap . So I just drank tap water from my room ,gave me sever headaches 😩, but I survived, I fully enjoyed my 9 day stay at Springhill suites I will return to this awesome facility .thanking all for enjoying stay.

I want to say Thank you to Any Front Desk clerk and Alondra for being so helpful

The location was the best, close to all the historic area attractions and only 10 minutes driving distance to Watson lake

carpeting in the rooms they should have different flooring.

Nice clean hotel

Very clean.

Walls are paper thin. Staff member wasn’t willing to restock the hot chocolate on a very cold New Years night. only one of us was able to have some.

Disappointing

Great friendly staff, room was lovely and spacious, great parking, close to amenities, breakfast was very nice, pool and work out room were great

two nights in a row the whole building fire alarm went off repeatedly, waking us up and preventing us from sleeping (11PMish) (we ended up sleeping in the car at one point)-staff never communicated whether or not it was a problem or an actual fire, room was not as clean as it should have been (hair in the bathroom upon arrival), bottom sheet did not fit and came off several times throughout the night, every night- we continually had to get up and adjust it

The room was very nice the breakfast was delicious it was easily easily accessible and the people at the front desk were very polite and courteous.

There were no cocktail facilities within the hotel.

Everything was nice, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall we had a pleasant experience.

There were alot of crumbs on the pullout sofa bed when we went to use it and some the bedding for it was oddly crusty. It didn't really bother us but it's definitely something that needs attention to when cleaning
