The room

The front desk team can be abit nicer with tourists. They have no patience whatsoever when being asked about complimentary water or any information important to the tourist. Also they are very ediment about the deposit but when asked about the release upon check out, an attitude from the front desk is the last thing one expects.

Close to hospital, minimalistic so was nice and relaxing.

Front desk was rude and after telling them I booked through booking … few days later I get a charge for them for the room and it’s been hell to get the money back when they should have never charged me for my booking since I already paid through 3rd party. Every time I call the front desk they hang up on me when I explain they need to refund my money for a room I already paid for.

The atmosphere. The openness.

Rooms were over booked. Had to wait a longer to get checked in.

Geared to families. Games and activities found in the lobby. Trade off is many families with younger children made the lobby loud and messy

Pillows were too thick and uncomfortable to sleep on.

The room was big and the beds were comfy

The check-in process took way too long. The staff is NOT helpful at all and I even though I paid through booking.com I got charged by the hotel also. Its been 2 weeks and still no refund!

it’s was nice having an area in the lobby to hang out with friends I was meeting up with and not have to be cooped up in my room.

the air conditioner in the room was a little loud

Cool vibe. Great hotel. Easy check in. Friendly staff.

The beds are too soft for me but thats just a matter of personal preference.

Room was clean - initially I was given a room with a non-working TV but they moved me to another room quickly

The host was very rude and un-accomodating. She lied to me several times and double charged me even though I provided my booking information (already paid) and confirmation and Pin. She seemed very unknowledgeable and gave excuse after excuse as to why she double charged me for the room - the hotel was never able to figure out how to reverse the charge and therefore I had to work with booking.com (they were not able to resolve) and finally my bank to reverse the double charge. I'm completely unhappy with this hotel staff and will never stay here again
