Comfortable beds, clean rooms, pleasant, helpful staff and a complete, warm breakfast!

Breakfast was great! My cousin, who is on a special diet, and my diabetic brother, both were able to eat within their plan guidelines. Loved the fresh fruit and omelets!

You can't help this, but finding the hotel is a little tricky.

Comfortable room with good breakfast. Wish it was a little quieter.

Comfortable bed, clean room.

Could hear neighbors above our room. Location was quite a ways from the freeway we were traveling.

A nice place

Nice location, free parking, omelets for breakfast, nice check in, quiet. The showers were hot. The room was clean. Comes with complimentary shampoo

Great sleep, breakfast was lacking.

Very clean

The breakfast was lacking. They over cooked the eggs and instead of throwing them away and starting again, they spent 5 minutes mixing them with the old eggs so no one could pickup out the burnt overcooked eggs brown crusted shell.

The floors was disgusting! Your feet stuck to the carpet! The room was very small and awkward shaped not user friendly at all !

I would stay again.

Location, breakfast and helpfulness of staff. Bed was perfect for my bad back.

computer area for guests was too public, printer didn’t work and desk clerk was unable to fix.

we were happy and comfortable staying

the only thing I wasn’t happy about was when I was trying to call the front desk like around 10pm, the phone was busy for like an hour and had to go downtstairs to ask extra towels.

Clean facility, enough space in room, good service

Breakfast in plastic plates - wow so weird and unsustainable, and there are no vegetables for breakfast. Coffee machine in room didn't work. And i would recommend to arrange people with young kids somewhere in quiet coner

Good value for a hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this location. Staff was friendly when I checked in and the location was great in relation to the rest of the city. I plan on staying here again whenever I have business in Omaha.

There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the elevator and the hallway of the second floor. Other than that, the breakfast my first morning was a little cold, but nothing to cause a major fuss about.

recommend / bring face mask if like pitch black room

attractive, clean, super comfy bed and very soft linens and pillows. very good cinnamon rolls at breakfasts along with decent eggs, biscuits and gravy, high quality yogurt.

too much light through window/not terrible but I like it pitch black

we were in Omaha as I was having surgery and this was a wonderful, cozy place to recover until my postop appointment the

very clean and inviting front lobby and dining area. The room was large and had all necessary amenities. It was in a very central location and easy to get around from while in town.

The heat/air conditioning unit wasn’t not finished properly and cold air blew through where there should have been caulking.
