the location, large rooms, two sinks/ mirrors.

tub drain was slow, carpet was badly stained.

great location! breakfast in a cute A-frame, and easy access to a pool.

parking was tight on weekends nights as they also offer pay-to-park to the public

great location. plenty of hot water. loved the jacuzzi tub. we arrived earlier than expected and they were gracious enough to go ahead and let us check in

room needs some tlc very bad patch work on walls and bathroom wall. beds need to be updated as they were hard as a rock. room didn’t come with a tv guide so we had trouble finding channels. tv would freeze up when flipping through channels. room 301 for reference.

The bikers in the parking lot helped me park. There was a trailer parked behind my parking spot and made it very difficult to pull in and out. You can walk everywhere in downtown if you want to so you do not have to worry about parking. The pool was clean. One of my family members left their iphone charger in the room and they called to let us know but we were already two hours away. You can only have one car there, which I did not know, my sister was with us in her car, they let her park there because they were not full that night which was nice.

It was nothing like the pictures posted on the website. Everything was much, much more dated than the pictures. They have tried to update but..........not quite. It was clean but dingy if that is possible. We had a sink in the bathroom and a sink in the vanity outside the bathroom. The sink in the bathroom had no plumbing or faucet, just a sink. The pool area is much smaller than what it looks like on the website. The man at the front desk was irritated and not very nice...maybe he had a hard day???

The location was great! The bed was comfortable. And the bathroom set up was great!

It was extremely loud. I could hear everything that was going on outside. We were next to the ramps that go up to the next floor. People running up and down them all night. Also, I heard what sounded like a saw and hammer at midnight.

This was our third time going to Gatlinburg and we have stayed at Crossroads each time. The room, location and all is nice.

We arrived at 3:30 and was told check in was at 4 and our room wasn't ready, and that check in was at 4 so we had to sit in the car after driving several hours there and wait for a call that our room was ready. We watched to see where they were cleaning the rooms and the room we got, nobody cleaned it while we were sitting there which means it was ready we just wasn't allowed to check in until 4. A check in time a little earlier would be nice, 4 is kind of late in the day.

easy to find. budget friendly.

Not one of the drink machines on property worked. the gentlemen at the front desk knew this when he gave me change for said machines. not once did he mention they were out of order. and not just out of order, but an ice machine blocking a doorway was a bit odd.

Staff was extremely helpful, even parked my SUV for me. Room was nice and clean. Great location (we was there for New Year’s Eve) and the space needle is only right around the corner. Will def go back.

Room was clean and comfortable.

They rented out the parking spaces. We had to wait for someone to leave to be able to park. So if you plan on driving somewhere don't expect to have a parking space when you get back.

the toilet make an unusual sounds, our friends on the next room took a picture of the bugs on their pillows and in the bathroom., plus the inconsiderate staff. will not recommend this place.

the location was good, the room was very clean, the elevator was very clean, the staff at the front desk was super nice!

the parking lot was very small, the room was really outdated, the cabinet door in the bathroom was hanging off, the water knob in the shower was clear and you could see the mold behind it, if you wanted to watch tv in your room, you have to lay on your side because the tv is mounted on the wrong wall,the pics on the website make it look way better than it is,

I loved how close we were to everything, everything was in walking distance so we didn’t have to pay for parking which was super nice.

The parking lot was very tight, & limited spaces, especially if you drive a big vehicle, it’s a bit of a challenge to maneuver.

some of the towels were a little stained and bathroom small and drain to bathroom was broken
