Great location for Whitworth University activities.

We couldn’t get the TV in our room to work, had to have staff come to room both night’s to get it on and back 2nd time the 2nd night to be able to change the channel. The young lady was very friendly each time we had to have her come to the room but for the price we paid for the room it was disappointing.

Would not book or recommend this location again.

Not Much.

Elevator didn’t work. Our room was second level and the put us next to the outdoor A/C units so we had a loud humming noise the whole stay. The shower drain wasn’t draining correctly and had to shower in a puddle.

The security light in the back parking lot shone right into the room, the bed was way to high for senior citizens and the tob was to small.

The room was clean and spacious. My grandsons loved sleeping on the hide a bed.

The scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages were cold. The coffee in the breakfast area was confusing for some and frustrating for others to work. It was a screen that you had choose what you wanted then push a button to start it. Then it only gave you 3/4 a cup. Disappointing.

We had a great time. The location was perfect for visiting family.

The room was large and comfortable a d breakfast was good.

The paper plates for the waffles. They were small and when you poured syrup it dripped off the plate and caused a mess.

The water pressure in the shower sucked. The water in the pool was ice cold. The scrambled eggs were watery.

Clean and updated hotel

Our room was spacious and very clean. Staff was very helpful with any needs or questions.

Location was fine but not great for walking around or things to do near by.

the stuff was friendly.

bathroom fan was extremely loud, we also could not sleep because of the extremely noise that came from the pool and jacuzzi fan that were located right next to our room in the second floor.

Overall, this was, at least, close to my best hotel experience ever. Thanks

Staffing was excellent. Helpful at all times. Also, the pool and exercise room were open 24 hours. That really helped. Breakfast was a great variety and my boys said delicious.

In room trash bags were not opened into the receptacles before being tied around them. I would have received a phone call if the reception staff had known how to transfer an incoming call to my room.

Was a good price, easy location.

Bed and room were clean and comfortable

Parking lot was not plowed very well and was icy. Keys did not work. Pool had so much chlorine that it hurt those I was with. Breakfast was not attended and ran out of food.
