Staff rudely walked into my room, turned off the lights and walked out. Very uncomfortable and unsettling. Also, fire alarm went off in the morning and nobody notified me. I woke up and I was the only person left in the building. If it were a real fire, I could’ve been seriously injured.

rooms were clean unless you had to get down and look for one of your kids toys and I found (and left)multiple things that were left by previous guests in between the bed and night stand.

the location is perfect for Rutgers events. the hotel is very comfortable and staff are friendly. the breakfast and bar are an excellent bonus

Older property that could use some updating but clean and comfortable. The outside grounds needs some serious work.

The staff was great, the restaurant food was really good. The room was clean.

The a/c in our room was not working properly The smell of chlorine was over whelming in the open area.

The rooms are out dated. I didn't bring a charger box, I haven't needed one in a hotel in so long, and I couldn't charge anything because I needed the box. Very outdated, you can get clocks with a charger port, a lamp anythng, a table.

The beds were comfy. The one bedroom suite was spacious. The breakfast was amazing!!! The atmosphere in the hotel was perfect! It has a pool and whirlpool but we didn't have a chance to use it!

One of the elevators was down. The hotel seemed only had one elevator to cover BOTH sides. They should've have two elevator for each side.

Everything From The Front Desk To The Bar To Housekeeping was Exceptional

The Pool and Jacuzzi should be regulated better I need it for my back and sciatica problems the main reason I come here and it was cold

Loved the room service that was conveniently available for the majority of the day.

I didn't like that they changed the complimentary drinks to only 1 drink per adult per night.

The biggest minus for me is the cockroaches in the room!!! they appeared at night. for 3 days there was no cleaning, even the garbage was not taken out even once!
