Expensive hotel for what it offer. I paid USD 425 per night and it is not worth it at all. I do not recommend it, Inre

The location. Check in personnel.

Rooms too small. Housekeeping just change the towels. Even one day they did nothing in my room. No beach access.

came in on Monday before Memorial Day and left on Friday. all relaxation with lots of sleep and beach.

close proximity to the gorgeous water, the bed was super comfy, quiet and takes pets.

bathrooms are way too small!! No hot tub (as advertised). staff could’ve been slightly friendlier and cleaning service hanging around our room at 8:30a on checkout day was a drag.

ok but needs improvement

the overall location was great - just a couple blocks to the beach. the pool area was also clean and nice.

it’s definitely old - the closet areas are disgusting and there’s water damage on the ceiling. for $700/night it would be nice to have it a bit more upgraded, but it worked out fine. the only other item that needs drastic improvement is the check in process - we arrived at the property and then realized you had to backtrack 20 minutes to a different property to get keys and sign paperwork. it delayed our actual arrival by an hour. they need to make it more clear what to do or automate the check in process (the doors have a 4-digit code but they make you drive to another building to get the 4-digit code!)

Quaint, very clean place with great pool and short walk down side road to beach!!

room was perfect for us. pool is awesome. nice pool setup, chairs and umbrellas. close easy walk to beach. beach chairs were great and brand new.

no ice machine and internet was not very good.

Not totally what we expected. One visit & done.

Room was comfortable & clean. Was not as close to the beach as advertised. Proximity to other facilities was good. The pier and that area. Also would like to mention Mi Mi’s Cafe(very personable). Other restaurant I would like to mention are the Ugly Grouper & the Feast.

Many Restaurants were listed as 4 stars & were maybe 2-2 1/2

Quaint but small.

Very quaint and clean. Only saw check in staff for a few minutes and our stay was brief. Nice little fountain and sitting area outside of unit. Beach was one block down. Nice place to watch a sunset.

Check-in location was at the opposite end of the island from the unit. Very confusing for first time visitors. Unit was extremely small and old. Strong smell of clorox in the bathroom. Bathroom so small that sink was in bedroom where toaster, microwave, and minifrig was. Attempt was made to make sure the unit had necessities but still, the king bed took up all of the space. Furniture was very worn.

location and eventually comfortable..close everything ..the room was cool ..great value..

had to call management..the ceiling fan didn't work..a box fan was provided..light wasn't working. light bulbs replaced. .there was a hole in the blinds I covered with a towel..the motion light was visible from the door window which was going on and off throughout the night...

We loved the cozy quaint property.

You could walk to the beach. Property is next to private homes neighborhood, so beach was practically to ourselves. Location on the island easy to get to everything. Large public patio area had a nice waterfall and outdoor seating. There is a great heated pool with outdoor shower. You can rinse and take a dip in the pool after coming back from the beach. We made use of the kitchen to have a few meals as well. Large king bed was super comfortable

It was really great. No complaints. Our unit didn't have a closet, so not a lot of places to hang things. But we made due. TV was small, but we spent most of our time outside, so again that didn't really matter.

Proximity to the beach.. cozy.. clean . Close to shops and quirky eateries..

Bit noisy very close to road. So much construction this trip . no staff on property! Could use a little updating.. several things need to be fixed.. And a bit pricey for the accommodation.. but the location is what you're really paying for.

A great getaway! Looking forward to our next stay.

The place is well kept and good location. Everything you need was there. The bed was so comfortable. Kelsey was so helpful with our checkin and very sweet and accommodating. Can’t wait to go back!

The stay was too short. A longer stay would have been great!

I didn’t know they had breakfast

For one at the last min they changed my room we arrived at 1130 at night and was trying to get in the wrong room the next morning they tried to come into our room while we were showering and said we were in the wrong room after they changed it at the last min it came a storm fri night and the floor flooded and on top of that we found roaches….the rooms look nothing like on the website…it was way run down compared to photos and wasn’t as close to the beach as described

It was a small room but so well organized and used every inch of space.

That was probably the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on.

There was a loss of power issue on the island but the office staff was very helpful and it was out of his control but he did try to resolve it.

Location

The room 703 was REALLY bad. Half of the bathroom is in the room. Very very poor. $300 wasted. Please don’t come here. It’s a tourist trap.
