Unfortunately they no longer provide continental breakfast, however they do provide all the necessary appliances to make your own breakfast in the room. the Grand is a very clean and comfortable facility with generous rooms, comfortable furnishings, very clean. Located in proximity to many local restaurants, town center, beach walking paths. The staff is very congenial, helpful and makes every effort to ensure your stay is enjoyable.

Unfortunately the loss of having continental breakfast every morning but the staff did explain why they had to end that amenity and we fully understand.

The room was spacious with the suite. The staff was friendly. We certainly would be interested in coming back again.

Really great location. Easy walk to Perkins Cove, the Marginal Way, and the Ogunquit Beach areas. Room was clean and spacious. Despite being on the first floor next to the lobby, it was surprisingly quiet. The private balcony was an especially nice feature.

Hard to think of anything to criticize, but I guess I could say, as others have mentioned, that's it's a little bit dated. I didn't have an issue with it, but others might.

Not an issue for us, but bathroom is showing some age and wear -- purely cosmetic.

I liked the walking distance to the beach, in town shops and restaurants.

I wished for coffee to be available a bit earlier but no big deal ..7 AM worked out fine.
