The size of the room and the staff was friendly.
Parking is horrible. Spots are too small so my car was damaged by other people. No cameras to see who scratched my car. Now I have to pay to get it fixed.

The staff was amazing. They were kind and helpful. Our room and the pool met our needs as a family.
The breakfast was advertised as a hot breakfast and that did not happen for whatever reason.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The room set-up was different but very nice. Breakfast was good.
I called down to the desk because there were no linens in the room for the sofa bed. We waited about an hour and finally had to go get dinner. (I do not know if they tried to deliver them while we were gone.) We waited a while after we returned from dinner and no linens. I went down to the desk. She said "Oh, you're the lady from 211." No apology or reason. She said they'd bring them up later. I told her I hoped that we got the sheets in time for my sister to go to bed. It was a while longer and the linens were finally delivered. The young gentleman that delivered them was very nice and apologetic.

It was clean .
First of all check in starts at 3pm .my room wasn't ready till around 5:20 pm which was a king size with a jacuzzi. A hour in ,my bathroom ceiling is leaking and floor all wet do to a pipe bust. Had to switch rooms to a two bedroom on another floor with no jacuzzi let me add which was the reason for my stay to relax in the first place .thanks hilton for the experience !!!

Very clean
Staff didn’t understand how I was paying even after explaining. My card was charged when I told them I wanted to pay cash. And I was charged $238.00 for one nights stay. Normally the rooms are half that amount

This hotel was clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious. The bed and pillows were amazing. We slept like babies. The staff were incredibly nice and we really enjoyed it.

The room was nice, outdated and worn, but nice. Not much more "nice" things to say
We purchased a night in the "Whirlpool Suite", exciting to have a hot tub in our room on our wedding anniversary night and the hot tub did not work. It would only fill about 4-6 inches and the drain was slowly letting water out. I was not given a credit, or any money back after paying $258 for one night.
There was also a nice nail sticking through the carpet that my wife and I were stabbed with a few times.

Milly was amazing and took good care of us, the room was super spacious and clean. We were traveling with two cats and everyone made us feel super welcome
