Enjoyable. Love Bozeman

Reception services were very helpful making a room change for us and then refunding us our 4th night as we had to leave due to road conditions.

Used to enjoy a Hot breakfast with a choice of eggs, etc. Now it is limited to waffles and muffins

Not sure I’d stay here again

Location was fine. Cheap price for hotel as nothing fancy about hotel

Dirty room! Old cigarette butt and bug on the floor of the bathroom and previous guest left message on notepad on bedside table so maids obviously didn’t clean very well!

Comfortable stay in a convenient location and overall great value.

Clean, comfortable room in a good location and a good value, especially including the breakfast, which was a nice bonus. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but both were nice & clean and a nice amenity.

The bathroom was uncomfortably small, akin to an airplane bathroom and we are not big people. There was no housekeeping service at all during our 4 night stay.

Except the room being dirty, location was good, decent price .

Breakfast was really decent.

The room was dirty, we had to wipe down the counters. Dust all over the room.

Overall good

Great checkin and value.

The room wasn’t as clean as it could have been but overall good. Just hair on the bathroom floor and in the sheets.

I needed a nice place for an overnight stay after an evening flight. Free pick-up from the airport, friendly staff.

Friendly, helpful staff. Free pick-up from the airport. Clean, comfortable room. Decent breakfast.

Worst stay and experience ever! I would really like to know how to get reimbursed for my taxi fare

We were assured by the desk clerk upon check in that he would schedule a shuttle to the airport for us. He forgot! The next morning we had to scramble to get a taxi to the airport that cost us $45.00 plus a tip I had specifically contacted the hotel about shuttle availability when I booked this stay and was assured it was available as we had a 7:00 am flight. We got there at 6:30! Stressed! Additionally the room was extremely noisy, the phone didn’t work properly, the toilet seat was loose and the hair dryer was missing.

Facility was in good condition likely recently remodeled which makes for a good stay.

Room was cozy and comfortable. Amenities were up to date.

Room was comfortable. Near what we were there for. Plenty of parking. Staff was friendly.

Room wasn’t cleaned yet. Had to wait for check in. Warm not hot water for morning shower.

Not good at all. I should be refunded the full amount charged, look at the photos.

Checked into a room and the bathroom was not very clean. Told front desk and was moved and upgraded to a suite. It was worse. The bathroom had stained walls, hair and gross ---- all over the floor, urine on toilet base and the exhaust fan didn't work. The fridge had not been cleaned and had spills and hair in it. The whole room was not clean. For 1 night at $286.00 should be clean and able to relax.It was discusting how dirty the bathroom was as well as other areas around the hotel.

Check in was a breeze, staff very helpful and thorough.

Hallways made a bad impression; carpets need shampooed and vacuumed but room was spotless.

Wonderful service!

Great location with amazing staff and service. Everyone we talked to was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Happy to answer our questions even when we didn’t check in till midnight due to a late flight. Obviously not a 5-star hotel, and we were only there one night so can’t speak much to their general facilities, but the rooms were nice enough and more importantly clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast had limited options and said options weren’t great, but such a small thing when 1. it’s free and 2. everything else was great.

Good location, unable to contact property.

The location was good and the property was clean.

I flew into the airport and prearranged shuttle pick up. The shuttle was not there to pick me up. I called the property more than 15 times and nobody answered the phone. I had to arrange for a ride, that cost $50.

Friendliness of the staff and being upgraded to a suite. Free airport shuttle.

WiFi was patchy in the new part we were in. Staff aware of issue and were awaiting return of technician
