Pool was amazing. My 4 year old loved it! Room was clean and tidy! However the workers were not very nice.

Rooms could use update. When you walk in laundry area is right across from entrance. Not pleasant sight.

I would not recommend staying here. People in and out all night long. Musty smelling

Bed was comfortable

Trash cans outside of doors never emptied. Hallways smelled musty. Bathtub stained dirty on bottom. Toilet loose. Bathroom door hit toilet and would only open half way. Live in residents. Walls super thin. Dripping noise on ac unit all night from unit above. Water pipes super loud when someone else was showering. Nats around sink constantly. Stained towels. Stained pillow sheets. Management parked at front door smoking cigarettes while us checking in had to walk around her. Very unprofessional.

pool room was not good. carpet torn up. chairs all over the place. Notes all over the place. ie.. please take shoes off because construction workers ruined our carpet with muddy boots.

under new management hotel needs cleaning staff not as friendly as previous staff no one left of original staff. sign posted at check in about if you stain towels wash cloths or bedding you will be billed the following prices. Breakfast area needs cleaning trash can by waffle area dirty outside with waffle mix on it for 3 days tables need wiped down

Nice place for our weekend away

The kids loved the indoor pool. We also loved that there was a coat rack for our jackets and helmets.

me being completely transparent- the whole stay was terrible other than just simply getting to be with my spouse.

room wasn’t clean, it smelled terrible, very stinky garments from previous stay were left there and had the whole room smelling weird, and i had to scrub the tub/ shower along with jacuzzi because it was absolutely filthy.

Not much, sadly.

The staff working the desk when we checked in made me wait while he watched a TV show in the office. The beds were the thinnest mattresses I've seen. My back and hips are killing me. There was a sign in the lobby that said the hotel would charge for stains on sheets and blankets yet each of our bed's comforters had stains. The cleaning crew took our trash out but didn't remake the beds or provide clean towels. For the amount we paid, I'm extremely disappointed. We will never stay here again.

The hotel was nothing like pictured. It was not very clean, it was full of meth heads, the pool was gross..

Beds were soft and tvs were decent sized

Spiders in the rooms, pool was ice cold, fire exit was blocked off and unaccessible, lobby reeked of Marijuana, employees arguing in the lobby using profanity

not a great experience…

The rooms were comfortable, and clean.

the entire place smelled horribly of pot. the person working the counter that night smelled like pot and there was a group of people that didn’t appear to be people staying the night that hung out right outside the front door smoking pot all night. our room also smelled like pot. the next morning I went to talk to a manager but no one was there and nobody appeared after pushing the button several times and waiting.
