The room was large and clean.

Poorly lit. Only two, single bulb lamps for the entire room. Beds (double size) were uncomfortable and too small for two people. TV was too small for the room size. Could not be easily viewed from the bed or the couch.

I came for the Wydham 2023 Global conference it was a 5 day event I was so disappointed in how worn & outdated the room was the door was hard to close & made an awful noise the tv was ridiculous small like a 21 inch that I couldn't even see from the bed The beds were I believe full size not a queen The bathroom floor was sticky & I don't think the carpet has been shampooed in years because my socks turned brown from walking on it I jus couldn't get over how run down & out dated the rooms were especially for a $150 a night! The only good thing was the location walking distance from where conference was held & the employees were amazing very courteous & professional

The staff that we dealt with were exceptional, every one of them. Nice location for a Disneyland trip.

Unfortunately there was a miscommunication about our request for clean towels one day, which was a minor inconvenience. The buffet breakfast was adequate but overpriced. Hotel fixtures show their age. The desk chair would not fit under the desk, for example.

staff was nice and helpful! I also liked that the front doors to the hotel were locked late at night and that you used your card to enter since it made me feel a bit safer :)

The beds were a bit uncomfortable and the rooms were definitely a bit pricey. Breakfast was also very overpriced.

The amenities are pretty basic but good. Personally I don’t need much. There is a safe in the room if someone needs but no microwave, there is one in the lobby. In the lobby they also have a simple snack room with other minor things like medicine and what not which was cool but it required you to download an app to be able to purchase. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. I believe the hours were 630-1030a. May was our server and she was amazing. Generally the staff was nice. Parking on property was $20/day The room itself was not bad. King size bed and enough space for us as a couple.

Honestly it wasn’t that bad. Just a few of things irritated me. The sink faucet was hard to turn but the temperature changed nicely. The shower curtain wasn’t long enough and so it always opened when I was showering. The door to the balcony opened from what I saw but not ours lol it wasn’t needed but it didn’t open. WD40 the door haha The biggest irritation was the bed. It was HARD and uncomfortable. I had to sleep with a pillow under my lower back. The pillows were typical hotel soft pillows which isn’t my personal preference.
