So disappointed the pool wasn’t working

Good location for my plans, also across the road from a park with pickle ball courts. There was an elevator. There was a larger refrigerator with a little freezer. The carpet was clean & the sink & bathroom counter were newer. Most of the employees were pleasant & helpful.

I booked this because of the heated pool. When I checked in, of course it wasn’t working & when I asked about the hot tub was told it wasn’t working either. Then since I was staying a week I asked if it would be fixed soon & she had a snippy comment about parts & it will be fixed in 2 weeks. More than 1/2 way through my stay I found out the hot tub was indeed working! Also when I asked about a luggage cart she had an attitude when I asked where they were (there were none available). The bed was OK but it had a metal edge around it that was uncomfortable to sit on & get into bed. There was a chair that was badly stained & so were the curtains. The worse thing was the tub drain that had rust & something white & crusty on the ring. The tub floor & enclosure was also stained including black in the caulking. There were also black stains on the ceiling & no exhaust fan. The common area carpets were filthy & stained, especially the stairwells which stunk & I wouldn’t use. Don’t plan to do laundry here. It’s all the way at the back of the property outside a locked gate & didn’t feel safe. There was only 1 washer & dryer & the room was dirty like I was in a basement. Sometime during my stay something must have happened because all of a sudden there was a uniformed security guard there day & night which I had not seen the 1st 4 days of my stay. Another frustration was almost every day my key cards would quit working & I had to get them reprogrammed at least 7-8 times.

Ok to stay but have seen better

It just felt dirty the rugs were terrible the bath and bed seemed clean but everything else was old or dirty The staff was all I could say I liked

I would definitely stay here again but if I encounter sheets with stains again that may make me think of staying there a

The staff were very good and friendly. The breakfast was really good and plentiful.

The sheets had some stains on them and should have been bleached. Toilet roll dispenser was broken in shower area and noticed hire of the issue. I am sure they repaired it

Musty smelling room, tub did not drain, not clean

The room had an overwhelming musty smell. I did not sleep well. I was very disappointed after a long day of moving daughter into her new college apartment. I would pass on this hotel even if another place is more expensive. Your health is worth it! I’m very concerned I breathed in mold or other toxic things all night. I would be terrified to see what is growing under the carpet. I tried to take a shower and “just get over it” but unfortunately the tub would not drain and I stood in my daughter’s dirty shower water. I got out of the tub and washed my feet of the grim. It was very gross and sad.

Would never stay there again appalling service

Where it was situated near my meetings that was the only thing good about this hotel

The toilet was blocked in my room the staff would not come and unblock it. They had no rooms to offer to move to so we had to check out of the hotel, and find other accommodation. The staff are not very helpful and would not accommodate my family members to try and get them on the same floor. Another guest called the police because people were climbing over his balcony and nothing was done about it. Only 1 member of staff on duty to deal with an overbooked hotel and many guest complaints as I sat in the lobby waiting on my Uber to another hotel.

All the staff was friendly the kitchen staff was extremely friendly and helpful and of course the complimentary breakfast was also very good plenty of variety the kids really enjoyed it

Price

Leaking ceiling, recently patched still wet. Cable didnt work on either TV. Unable to call front desk as front desk phone didnt work. Baby roaches in the bathroom. We were first sent to rm 130 and the key let us in to a dirty storage room. The parking lots Were sketchy. Will never stay again!

Not what it used to be

Breakfast was limited they didn't have much out and it was 50 min before breakfast was over then they just brought out croissants and juice. No eggs no protein this is the second time , the 1st time I thought it was bc it was 20 min before breakfast was over so I thought it was my fault but apparently not. So 2 breakfasts were disappointing here , they used to be stocked up until the end time. Some parts of the sheets were dirty with what looked like juice like fruit punch and other spots were brown. Otherwise clean room

The first front desk agent that checked us in was great. The second agent who was at the desk during our stay was rude and not helpful at all. Asked for pillows never received she stated they don’t give extra pillows out.

Very disappointed dirty room

I was in building B. The room was dirty and had feces dropping on the bed. I checked out within 10 mins The receptionist had no sympathy and no apologies. She didn't even try to make it right.

Service was friendly and great, thank you!

Employees friendly and serviceable. Cold lemonade-water and fruit available in lobby. Breakfast was good and plenty (maybe could have had bacon/sausage). Were able to accomodate us with a pool view, even though it was not first floor. Was able to extend check-out by one hour. Thank You!!

Busy or clean room signs for door knobs could be made available. Elevator doors took long to close or they did not close for a while until close/open buttons were pressed. Breakfast: Took a Cinnamon Crumble from Buena Vista Foods for my child at the hotel room, could Not eat it, as it had much Mold.

Generally a pleasant and comfortable place to stay.

Location is good, near restaurants, fast food places and a mall. The entrance and breakfast areas were large and clean, with a good fragrance. Staff friendly. Quiet room and comfortable.

No bathroom door in our room. It was an accessible room, but there had been a door and it was removed. Kind of hard to share room. We were told that breakfast would be at 6:00, but when we arrived, we were told 6:30 on weekends. We asked for a yogurt and some fruit to take out, but were told not until 6:30 (it was 6:15). At least we had coffee and juice.

The state was OK. It was just not clean and customer service was bland almost like you were bothering them.

The shower, the tubs or dirty some of the beds had comforters. The others did not one of my room did not have a phone. I had to change rooms because the tub was overflowing and would not drain.

It’s a good thing y’all had an awesome breakfast, because it was the last thing that I experienced before I left.

The breakfast was amazing!

The thermostat in our room was set to Celsius and on 18° when we walked in. Really? It felt like a meat locker. no matter how many times we bumped the temperature control warmer, it never felt like the room, got any warmer, which was a real problem, with the very thin bedspread on the bed.

Good last minute stay.

Room was just as described I got the double queen. I feel the price was a little bit expensive but it was still a good stay overall. The room was a little outdated and mattresses a little stiff. But other than that the pool was nice and they do have on site laundry. I asked for a roll away bed but wasn't offered due to a fire hazard. The free breakfast was ok, they served eggs, potatoes, waffles, and chicken, which was different but they had many drink options. Anywho it was a good stay for 1 night.

Ac wasn't blowing too good. Can't imagine how it would have been in 100 degree weather.
