We were assured a top floor by reception. We arrived 2pm check in time was 4pm.we went to eat,returned to hotel,and were informed no top floor rooms were available. Hotel was at less than 50% capacity....yet no top floor rooms?

Booked a twin queen room and got a single king bed.

Location was perfect to walk to the County buildings

Two minor items The in-room coffee maker did not work. At all. There was someone else's food left in the mini-fridge. One larger item Someone was working across the alley to the Southwest at midnight, rattling buckets and a truck or some machinery. I assume that was out of your control , but still annoying

I was given a room which was allready occupied and when i entered it was an embarrassing situation

Excellent location for our needs. Breakfast was very good. Room was fairly quiet. Easy access to our room from parking.

Poor lighting and poorly designed layout. Not enough plugs for charging, etc. Less than stellar tv channel selection. The microwave and refridgerator are placed in a dark little closet where the fridge overheats and you can't see the control panel on the microwave without using a flashlight. I asked for a room with a queen bed and we got a room with 2 queen beds. They held a $200 deposit until we checked out which I thought was overkill. The carpet did not feel clean under bare feet. No bedside table on one side of the bed which was weird.

We were really impressed with over all quality of hotel.

The accessibility bathroom could be improved with a lower counter and mirror for us in wheelchairs.

the updates to the hotel were wonderful. the bed was extremely comfortable and the rooms were well appointed. the front desk staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful.

the refrigerator in the room did not work and was missing the knob to adjust temp. it took a little detective work to figure out the TV. you had to press the power button on the satellite receiver to activate. the remote did not do this. breakfast service - seemed as if the staff running wanted you out ASAP. the first day of our stay I returned to the breakfast area and was told it was closed - at 9:50a. the signage all indicates 10a as the end of breakfast service. don’t be rude to the guests and provide the service advertised.

breakfast was very good. room size was good. The sofa bed was not that comfortable for our son. The king bed for us was good. location was quiet, being on the top floor, free parking and plenty of room for it.
