It was just OK. You get what you pay for situation.

It was clean & the beds were comfortable other than the pillows.

The woman working the desk was very unfriendly and hardly said a word unless asked a question.

It serve the goal, to rest and sleep for the night.

The location

To be notified that sink was cracked in the room. when reported office response was " the cleaning crew is probably aware of it " without checking for them Selfs. Since money is withheld if damages are found it left me weary of on been charged for existing damage in the room.

Good location but wouldn't stay again.

The location of the park was close to Disney and that was great.

The hotel needs to be upgrade. It gave me the sensation that the owners care only on maximizing profits and not in reinvesting on the hotel.

Price, comfortable beds, appears to be in process of updating rooms to wood flooring.

Unfriendly check in person. Also, unfriendly morning front desk personnel. Lack of breakfast options such as yogurt, etc.

-Rude staff told me cannot do early check-in at all -No safety box in room -The staff was in a locked room, while the guest did the check-in from a window outside the room at night (so the guest's security is of no value to them).

worn and unkept property.

rooms pretty were clean, beds were comfortable.

The room furnishings were worn (not the bed/bedding though), grounds were unkept and there was debris around the property grounds.

Decent place for a short stay to visit theme parks.

Easy to get to Disneyland from the hotel - almost a straight shot down Ball Rd. Beds were firm, but comfortable. Nice wardrobe to hang our clothes. Plenty of clean towels. Bathroom had a built in night light that was just bright enough to see, but not cast a bright light across the beds. Water in the buffet area was nice and hot to make a good cup of tea.

Breakfast was very small bite sized muffins and cinnamon rolls - fresh out of the refrigerator. Hotel uses streamed TV on non-smart TV's. We weren't even able to watch the news without more buffering than show. We were in the Accessible room, so the shower was a walk in (that's nice), but the shower head sprayed directly onto the shower curtain which caused the water to go at least a foot into the bathroom.

Good parking, friendly staff, large room. Good shower and counter space but very low toilet. You get what you pay for.

Outdated, hard bed and blah pillow, breakfast consists of cereal, toast and eggos. Musty room and lack of outlets.
