Best vacation I have ever had.

The whole stay was amazing, staff made my first time using booking.com a smooth process and was very welcoming. Room was perfect, quiet and felt like I was at home.

I have no complaints everything about my stay was perfect.

I would not stay there again.

The location

There was an odor upon walking into the condo. We had to release the dishes, there was a stain on the comforters and I washed all the sheets before lying down. The patio door did not lock.

From the moment I arrived I felt unclean as everything was dirty.

Staff did offer to move us to a new room after we had already been there for over a day. Since we were on the third floor and had a lot of times we did not want to move even though room was quite gross. There was no elevator.

Security at the pool would not let us in even though I showed him my reservation and my paid CC statement. Room was filthy, almost everything in our room had stains on it, including what appeared to be a blood stain on the master bedroom comforter. There was a lot of little bugs in the kitchen. Also some cockroaches we saw on the stairs and in the kitchen as well. Fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling, one of the twin beds was crooked. Beds were uncomfortable, wifi password was incorrect that was given upon arrival correctly and service was not great in room. Hours at the front desk were from 8-5 and you could not get a lot of help after these hours. This was supposed to be a Villa, however this was a 3 floor condo and we were on the top. Was on golf course but the view was into trees, so we could not see anything. We ended up checking out early.

I stay at this place frequently. The location is great and view of the marina very pretty. It is quiet. The room this time was incredibly dirty. The kitchen floor was filthy and we had to clean. Every surface in the unit was very dusty and we had to dust. The carpet was dirty and smelled bad. It was also stretched and rumbled creating a trip hazard. We had a good time but it certainly didn’t have anything to do with the condition of this condo.

Mediocre

The directions were incorrect on where to pick up the keys. It ended up being a door code that could have easily been emailed ahead of time. Instead we spent more money on Ubers driving all over Myrtle Beach.

The apartment was clean, beds were comfy. We all had a great time.

Only complain I have is the toilet paper is rough... Not recommend. BRING YOUR OWN

The location was perfect but the room needs some upgrading, the bedroom door would not lock and the nor water was out the first night and half of Saturday.

Overall stay was nice once I got through the first night of cleaning.

The location was quiet and the neighbors where nice.

The room wasn't clean upon arrival and waited on the phone for 2 hours and still didn't get any assistance so brought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself and wash all linens.

Get Away Resort

I loved the scenery. I loved the huge and spacious rooms. I loved everything about the resort. I love the washer and dryer. Very convenient.

The only thing that I didn't like was the living room and kitchen area wasn't warm enough. It was chilly in the living room area.

very disappointed in service and location, misleading

The size of the unit.

the pictures did not match location. we were made to believe we would be overlooking water. This unit was in the back of a residential neighborhood. the comforter was dirty and no loose sheet on the bed. no hair dryer and only one role of toilet paper. the website had incorrect information on where to pick up keys for unit and not apologetic at all for the misleading pictures or confusion on key pick up.

The villa room, made me feel like I was at home and the view of the lake was amazing. I also liked how close we were to everything, I recommend staying here.
