excellent hotel for tourism a bit less indicated for business

great position very professional and courteous staff cool vibe

unfortunately the rooms are a bit noisy the bed is not particularly comfortable

excellent , despite some shortcomings

Breakfast was poor and very much at odds with everything else the place had to offer, i.e. great room, super-friendly and attentive staff, exceptional location and a quiet overall setting.

Food was below expectation and the fact that they didn't have an espresso machine in the room is an unnecessary flop. Also, both breakfast and coffee in the dining room are poor.

Overall great stay!

Room was very clean & bed was comfortable. Breakfast & fish bar were great, service was good. Location was ideal!

Small details - We were asked if we wanted a nespresso machine in our room, we said yes. There was not one. Ordered room service for lunch and had to call back for utensils & napkins.

Lovely rooms, wonderful staff !

Room was huge by NYC standards ! Staff was so pleasant, especially the doormen and breakfast servers.

Very expensive, but I get it. We've decided it is worth it to pay more. If you only go to NYC a few times a year it's worth it.

modern, minimalist but comfortable, great hospitality, convenient location

bar was temporarily closed for renovations. but Lure across the street was a good replacement

cosy and chill luxury with friendly attitude

super-friendly staff, chill, you feel like you’re at home. rooms have a bench and table which is super cool for hanging out.

Exceed expectations.

Early check in was arranged

A dog has been barking for hours in the neighbouring room ( 7:15-9:15pm on 1 October)

Very poor

location and food

room is outdated, bathroom very small and difficult to move around, broken window, very noisy AC, not very clean, room service operates only until 10 PM and after that it’s impossible to get anything.

Location was great so that was why I chose it…needs more amenities to chose it again

Breakfast was good. Room large.

No Mini bar in room or snacks. A bit sterile as far as decor and feel I’m the lobby.

We ordered room service. It was fast and excellent.

excellent boutique hotel, in a great shopping location

Good quality, nice portions - not too big, good ambience

Service could have been quicker. Really nice servers, but we had to ask to order and again for the check. Maitre'd told us he would clear a table for us and then disappeared. Could quicken the pace a bit. Having said that the servers were really pleasant.
