The location.

The shower goes from hot to cold constantly. The shower head is to low. The hall carpet needs to be replaced.

Nice staff in breakfast room. Nice house cleaners, too.

Breakfast could have been better. Eggs were good, oatmeal, ok, too many fattening pastries. I would have liked some good fresh fruit and some yogurt that is plain and has fruit at the bottom and is not using fake sugar. I am happy you offer breakfast.

i liked the two afternoon desk clerks: Cody and JD. They were nice, courteous and helpful.

1. stained linens and used dirty towel hanging on shower rod when we checked in. 2. Being woken up needlessly at 7:00am when we asked not to be disturbed y desk clerk named John. After complaining to Wyndham corporate (who went to the very clerk who was the problem), we were again needlessly woken at 6:00am the following day. The number one thing one pays for at a hotel is a good nights rest. After a late night, poor sleep on poor quality mattresses, and a needless early rousting, e certainly did not get that for which we paid. 3. No Management on site to address that, or any, problem. Wyndham corporate claimed we had to go to management on property, but there was none. manager never came to work on Friday and was never available to speak to us then out on Saturday, despite having asked for her several times. Front desk clerk then told us she went home early. (despite having requested her attention several times to address the issues.) 4. Since no manager was there to fix the problem, we checked out early and left.

They kept my mom's deposits everytime we checked out and re checked in never refunded her 4 deposits

The room is bit old but the bed is comfy

early/late check in/out easily accomedated

although it was a smoking room, could use an air freshener/carpet deodorizer . We had to leave window open all the time
