Beautiful condos with balconies, pool, spa, grill, easy beach access. Very quiet, bright, cozy rooms

The condo was big, all appliances were functioning fine. Beautiful views, balconies facing lushy green palms. Easy access to Poipu beach, 14 min slow enjoyable walk with kids or 3 mins by car, easy beach parking. Great community from across all North America, most folks were families with kids. Nice and friendly staff. A few reviews complain about no central A/C. That was not an issue at all. It's close to the sea and breezy at night. It was easy to adjust.

The condo was outdated. Too much random furniture. The upstairs shower was not functioning; the faucet corroded and stuck. No mirror in the primary bathroom.

Great location.

The location was excellent, especially if you have a car. The layout of the unit was great within walking distance to several beaches and some eateries which was good! Poipu Kai staff were very nice and helpful. On the whole a positive experience, except for the condition of the unit. Would return to this complex...not the unit!

The unit we stayed in was tired and had not been painted in a decade. The furniture was fraying and the carpet was disgustingly stained. The bed in the primary suite was old, lumpy and in need of replacement. The kitchen utensils were an odd assortment.

SWEET HOME AWAY FROM HOME

EVERYTHING! I walked in to my place to a special chocolate and birthday greeting as I checked in on my actual birthday. THANK YOU, ASTON staff. I was SO TOUCHED. The location is less than a couple minutes from Poipu beach and 5 mins from Grand Hyatt. The property is beautiful with nicely maintained walking grounds. The staff are smiley, friendly and warm and wave and say hello on the property even while they are driving around in their carts. My one bed place was fully furnished from kitchenware, a kitchen, washer and dryer just to name a few. It was SUCH A SWEET TREAT to come home to home after a long day touristing. I loved the fans in every area. It exceeded my expectations from looking at the photos. It has a porch with sofas and a full dining table and chairs. They even provide beach chairs, towels, beach umbrellas, an actual big rain umbrella, snorkeling gear! There’s a little cute nook area with a chair and phone. I also loved the living room space and bar area looking out into the outdoor patio. I loved the color scheme and furniture. The whole place was very spacious and can definitely accommodate 4 people comfortably. This was BY FAR MY BEST PLACE BOOKED here on Booking.com. I LOVED easy access to everywhere through the resort ground pathways and they are well lit also. You can seriously walk to any of the resorts, the beach and other beaches.

The refrigerator was loud and I think I could hear the upstairs’ fan going when I was trying to sleep so I had to use ear plugs. I’m just very sensitive to the slightest noise.

Unlike most vacation apartments, you are not renting a specific one. We got unlucky.

The apartment was rundown and poorly maintained. It was right next to a noisy road. The portable AC in the bedroom was very noisy (at least it drowned out the traffic noise). Our brief interaction with staff was unpleasant. Kitchen was minimally equipped with cheap and old stuff. Maintenance problems: the toilet was not sealed and the apartment filled with sewer gas, several windows did not close, the furniture is old and shabby, carpet is old and worn. paint is old and dirty in places. Given the price, I expected better.

I would stay at Aston at Poipu Kai again. I would make sure I booked an exact updated unit, not 411.

The complex was in a great location for many beaches and tourist attractions. It was a little over an hour north to Hanalei and west to the canyon. Every human interaction I had either on the phone or in person was wonderful, pleasant and enjoyable. The entire Aston at Poipu Kai area was beautiful, well maintained and a great place to stay. The walkways, pools, grills, patios, tennis courts, parking were all top-notched.

Our condo. The condo was very dated, smelly, the carpet very dirty, mechanical issues like the kitchen faucet flopping around and sliding door needing to be lifted before opening. The furniture was also dated with some pieces looking like they were picked up alongside the road. The main living room set was dirty, broken and the cushions worn and flattened. These are the owners issues and not Aston Hospitalities issues. This was not the condo shown in any of the online websites or advertisements. Sorta misleading. Updating every decade should be a requirement if renting to tourist/visitors/guest.

The location was good, close to the beach and very close to the pool. The unit was quiet.

The unit could use some upgrading, especially the couch, which was very uncomfortable. The items in the kitchen were sparse, ie knives and cooking utensils. A drawer in the kitchen was delaminating.

Right at the beach with nice pools, much green and very peaceful. Apartment was spacious and very well equipped.

The interior could use a touch up, seemed a bit outdated. As for most places in Hawaii, value for money doesn’t fit completely.

we had a great time enjoying a family vacation here.

they were very accommodating for our large group. we had rooms close together as we’d asked for.

some didn’t have air conditioning. that would make a difference.

Pleasant stay. Worked for us

Walking distance from beaches, close to shopping and restaurants..very convenient location. Clean and pretty landscaping. No AC which I would have preferred but that's something that many places in Hawaii dont have so I expected no AC.... but I appreciated that there was a cooling system in the living area which helped alot after a day of sun. I appreciated the beach chairs, which was very useful!

It would have been nice that they provide some basic condiments like salt, pepper to cook with or flavor our food with.

Positive outweighs the negative but overall would consider it again in the future.

Proximity to beach, restaurant, park-like garden view and sunset.

Interior is showing its age, especially the carpeting. Maybe a better ventilation or air-conditioning?

Home away from home...we loved it!

The apartment was well-supplied and spacious. We were so comfortable there! The walk to the beach was about 12 minutes and was through beautiful gardens. The pool was so close to our room and was great!

The air conditioning unit in the smaller bedroom filled with water and it wasn't clear at first how to empty it. Instructions should be provided.

The rooms are comfortable.

Layout and location were great.

Never found second pool to access, two roaches found in bedroom, had to borrow a fan from family because it was so hot indoors. The provided fan was useless and the portable AC unit only cooled the back bedroom.

Wonderful

Was not quite sure what to expect when we booked, but our unit was fantastic! Loved the walkway down to the beaches. Unit itself was clean and spacious. Opened all shutters and balcony doors to let the breeze flow thru. There is only AC in the bedroom, which was fine by us. Unit was fully equipped with everything we needed.

AC unit a bit noisy, but we slept thru it.

Superb

Clean and comfortable apartment with a nice and quiet terrace. Kitchen was well equipped and the location was great- near two pools and an easy walk to several beaches.

Some road noise during the day, but the fan/AC unit blocked it out completely. Otherwise, we completely enjoyed our stay.
