The most comfortable location to be.

We like this hotel location. Stayed here many times and tried others in the area, only to return to this one. It makes us feel safe here and dining out choices on the other side of the highway are perfect. Great for shopping and if you have any medical issues, its just across the street.

Someone snuck a yappie dog in and left him while they went??? Poor dog was left for a looooong time. Who does that?

Would stay there again if I can get a proper room.

Quiet and clean and convenient to hospital and restaurants

Did not like the bathtub. Had requested a room with disabled amenities when reservations were made months in advance.

Not great.

Room was very small and smelled really musty and gross. Lots of pot smoking going on. We alerted the front desk but apparently not much was done because the smell continued all 17 of the nights we stayed there. Shower pressure sucked. We were concerned daily about the ceiling collapsing onto us in the shower due to water damage. There was dried blood on the duvet on one bed and the other bed had multiple holes cut out of its duvet where there were stains. We could tell because they didn’t cut out the whole stain. Large homeless presence on top of all the other unsavory experiences in this area. We would have loved to switch hotels but there is a no cancellation policy so we were stuck. To top it all off, we stayed 17 nights and apparently not a single one of them qualified for any sort of points or rewards. Then when I called to ask for a late checkout, that I should have had due to being a choice member, I was given a hard time about just one extra hour and we felt pressured enough to only use 15 minutes of the extra time. Needless to say we won’t be returning. Next time we will just bunk with a homeless person in the park. It will be much cheaper and more rewarding.

Odd stopover but a decent stay

This was as close as we could stay near friends. Quiet despite the Freeway overlook. The food and drink in the area are good, walking distance a McMenimans pub, the Mall across the highway has a decent cinema and excellent shops. The outdoor pool was nice and exercise room ok, an all in one machine and 3 cardio machines. Breakfast was a serve yourself of cooked eggs and sausage, make your own pancakes and waffles.

Difficult to find using the street address. They should change it to Stephens St. so easy to end up back on I-205 The entry is via a strip mall. The beeping on the door lock was annoying.

OK but not great.

The breakfast was good. The attendant kept everything filled and fresh. The front desk staff let me check in early. The pub in the mall next door was great. I took a bath and the water was very hot.

This hotel is very dated. Signs of age were everywhere. The bathroom door was water stained, the elevator was very slow and dilapidated, the room furniture was damaged. The refrigerator shook the bed when it was running so I had to turn it off.

They really put the “quality” in Quality Inn & Suites here

Very fresh and clean. You can tell it was recently remodeled. The beds were VERY comfortable. The receptionist asked us for our preference of floor and gave us a quiet room. We needed that and overslept our first night there. I would definitely stay here again!

There wasn’t anything to not like.

No complaints with the hotel but next time I'll book directly with them.

Went to sleep and shower, my business was somewhere else and as long as the room was clean & safe I was good with it. Price was reasonable.

Im fine with the hotel, service was friendly and helpful. My rant is with the checkout. I asked for a final receipt and was told Booking.com was the one to give it to me since I booked thru a third party, I still have not gotten my final receipt from Booking. com.

I will be staying at that Quality Inn from now on.

How courteous and friendly the staff was. Tammie and Selena made our stay more enjoyable. The room was clean and didn't smell like dogs.

The room was way too small and unusable for the pice paid.

Breakfast items were well stocked and maintained. The fridge in the room was very clean and cold. Even though this is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel, the room still smelled heavily of smoke and the toilet seat even had cigarette burns on it.

The actual room was way too small to put a king size bed in. One side of the bed was inaccessible and neither was the desk/chair. The lamp on the desk only worked if you shook it and leaned it against the wall. No maid service unless requested.

It's an okay motel. Location was good

I liked the location

Room 316 was given to me. It is a handicap room. They're in the shower there is no shelf to hold shampoo. In the shower there is no soap dish. The carpets need to be replaced in the hallways.

bathroom was dirty, the breakfast staff was rude every day, and there were a lot of sketchy people outside at all times of day.

For the cost of the room, this is a great value and I will stay here again

The breakfast was very nice; hot and fresh scrambled eggs, turkey or regular link sausage, and hash browns. They also offered pancakes or waffles, and beverages, yogurt, cereal, and fruit. The room was clean and fresh, and everything met or exceeded my expectations. The bed was VERY comfortable. I requested a room to be in the front of the building near the stairs above the front desk. I have found this entrance and location to feel the safest and most populated after hours, as opposed to the other two entrances more near the elevator.

The only item I did not care for was not the fault of the hotel... there was a man smoking pot near the front entrance, and that was unpleasant to walk near (He could have moved further from the entrance). Otherwise, the front entrance is well lit, clear of debris, and seemed very safe after dark.
