How nice the staff was and how nice the hotel was
That at first I was told I had to pay 250.00 dollar deposit the room, i told the clerk i couldn't afford then he asked why i was staying with at Ramada I said because my house was being sprayed so then he dropped it down to 50 dollar deposit. Which the room was in perfect condition when I checked out but the charge is still pending. I stayed on the 16.

How cool it looked inside
Was hard to find out floor. It didn’t have signs till you got farther back.

LOVED THE BKFAST, LOVED the short lady nameb Barbara...very kind , helpful and she was very early for the Bkfast
serving....plus she laughed at my humor.. ...I truly needed to use the Business internet area.....sadly there was ONLY ONE station... BUt I was able to NOT be interrupted by intruders... or other users wishing to use the ONLY station...
I tried several time to upload photos here... below and all 3 times REJECTED.... I GVE UP out of frustration

My credit card was charged unauthorized credit card company called me they had to close down the credit card for unauthorized purchases. No manager was available to talk to. But I will report it

The location. The breakfast was great. Second time that I've stayed.
The pools were wete closed when I came in.

I stayed here because it was close to the Stormont Vale hospital where my mother was in the hospital. The entire staff was kind and attentive. The door to each room is sealed after cleaning. The property itself is historic so it was a nice distraction to walk around the property and take it in. Thanks for a stay that was easy and didn't add stress to an already stressful and emotional situation. Really appreciated.

The breakfast was terrible. Our room was 89 degrees and they didn’t offer a new room at first so we had to demand one. Our kids were so excited to swim and after we changed rooms which took way longer than expected the pool was closed so our kids were very disappointed they didn’t get to swim. The beds were so uncomfortable. The hallways were dark with many water stains everywhere. Very expensive for such poor quality. We paid extra for a room that could hold 5 of us and only had 4 towels. It was a disaster.
See above. Breakfast was bad. Swimming pool closed way too early. Bed was uncomfortable. Not enough towels. Staff was not very helpful. Room was 89 degrees. Hotel needed painting.

Rooms were OK staff was OK but nether were great bar and restaurant are no longer in business so shouldn't advertise that there is either
Pool closes early breakfast wasn't very good there was food left In the refrigerator from previous guest was there 5 days and never once did house keeping come in my room to change towels or clean
