I love the views on the west side of the hotel facing the southwest. All else is okay.

Everything went well. The room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfy. If I have the chance, I would like to stay again.

Only thig was that their is no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms.

Super Comfortable Bed. About it.

Valet and the evening check in staff was accommodating and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and size of the actual room and bathroom was great!

Bath tub material peeling flaking away in my bathwater, didn't leave me relaxed. I chose this specific hotel for that size of the room and soaking tub. I understand check out is 1100 sharp but does house keeping have to start at 0900? I had to open my door at one point as they were standing right outside my door and were very loud. The gap between the bottom of the door and the floor, made sure I heard everyone shutting their doors as they left. After calling to ask for a late check out, I was told there wasn't any available but to just let house keeping know if I was running a little late. Right at 1102 there was a gentleman standing outside the door with his walkie talkie speaking loudly so I opened the door. It was one of the same persons from earlier at 0900. I told him good morning and stated what the front desk had told me. To which he replied 'no, you didn't call because I called downstairs and they stated they did not get a call from you.' I repeated what was told to me by the front desk over 5 times as he wouldn't let it go. I eventually told him that I would be out in 5 minutes. Flustered and rushed I ended up leaving behind some items. All this to say; I understand prompt check outs, but after getting in at 1030 pm, I was only trying to get an additional 30 minutes. No big deal; but to basically be called a liar and argued with... not ok with it. Also, as a Veteran that needed to really utilize the soaking tub, to soak in epsom after a serious myofascial release; I was disgusted with the tub. Not worth what I paid for.

Lighting was terrible. Still falling for the Covid BS as uf that was a legitimate concern.

See above. Will never return though we drove by it our return trip.

Road trip west

Alyssa the valet person was extremely helpful. She helped us arrange for complimentary robes which we loved to use while using the pools & hot tub since it was a little chilly out; but not when we could wrap ourselves in those to keep warm! The Embers restaurant was very good, food & staff great. The breakfast restaurant in the food court was delicious & reasonably priced. Better coffee, too, than at the Chill shop. Room was very clean & spacious. The property itself was kept very clean & nicely decorated. Visiting the casino was fun.

The ice cream shop Chill closed too soon on a Saturday night. The staff at the Fat Burgers restaurant in the food court were not very good.

Nice weekend stay with the family. Wonderful happy staff. Clean facility.

Clean room. Easy to work key cards. Loved the make-up mirror. TV was big and great with easy to find programming. Two comfortable sitting chairs and a rolling desk chair in the room. Blackout curtains were awesome and the colors and design of the room was very relaxing and pleasing. The Spa was GREAT - great staff - clean - beautiful design. Loved the fire place room - too bad the fireplace couldn't stay on because of toxic fumes related to new flooring. Staff was great. Great safe clean elevators. Hallways-carpet-windows were CLEAN! Staff in coffee shop and other food venues was GREAT. Loved Chill in the morning. No smoke in the casino - it smelled great in there. Smelled pot in the hallways every evening however-gag. Great tasting food - fair prices.

Our bed was the 2nd most uncomfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Other guests in spa complained about it also. Shower head nuts strong-worried it would rip out the tender old hair in my head. Shot water everywhere except directly down-VERY disappointing. Slow draining shower. Toilet room door did not close easily-I wasn't strong enough to pull it closed. No fan in bathroom. I don't like drinking coffee from the room's machine. No coffee or breakfast avail before 7am via room service or outside of the room. I don't get that. I guess you are suppose to sleep in!! Hah. Gift store was very disappointing. I was ready to buy pottery; and a bookmark, hoodie, and spa sandals with the Islet bird logo. Nope. Jewelry was not great. Always try to buy jewelry-not this time. The hallways smelled of pot in the afternoon and evening-is this the future? I don't love it. Missed the outside spa being open by one week - darn it! The spa offered a 15% discount for same day bookings-not for pre-booking like I did. It was not fun to hear about that marketing concept. I understood if I scheduled at the Spa I would have free access for my stay. After buying a massage or facial for everyone in my party of 6 - both for me - I still had to buy a day pass on day 2. It rubbed me the wrong way a bit. But I might have still been irritated about paying an extra 15%!!! Hah. Maybe I was vacationing out of my league.

I will always love Isleta for the pool, but I also like how friendly the staff is.

I stay at Isleta ALL the time, but this time I didn't like how hot my room was. It's hot outside but I didn't like how hot inside it was too. It's summer though so maybe thats a factor.

Short but Sweet

Really nice and big pool

the property wasn’t the cleanest. Our bathroom door kept locking us out and there was some rotting under the sink in the bathroom as well.

Typical new Mexico casino resort everything is half assed. Too bad great pool area

They just can't quite get it right to be a nice casino resort

We enjoyed & plan to stay again!

I restaurants and food were great! Enjoyed the atmosphere of the spa pool! Management was awesome! The beds were comfortable.

Security young woman was a little rude at first but then she was ok. Loud knock on our door by room service startling us, when we checked the door the woman was sarcastic, no hospitality manners.

Short and expensive

It seemed like a safe area to be in.Alot of Native American people❤️

My non smoking room smelled like someone just got through smoking inside of it!And smelled so bad I couldnt sleep !Not to mention the hidden $50.00 deposit they👈🏾 say you will get back the next day that doesn't come back for 5-10 buisness days! So in short I paid 200.00 for one night of sub par quality I will not be returning!

Not what was expected.

Beautiful building. Clean.

Advertised bowling and arcade. Not located on property. it’s across parking lot. All restaurants were closed but one that only sold fried type foods.

The bathroom was really nice and clean. Great bathtub There was a nice food court at the hotel. Easy access to the casino

No breakfast provided. The registration personnel were not friendly. The rooms were a bit over priced for the comfort
