Accommodating and would definitely stay at this property again.

Great location, renovated property and Breakfast included. Savannah in the front desk was very accommodating and helped me with amending our reservations with booking.com. She went above and beyond and was very patient. 5 stars for Savannah!

Beautiful location, friendly staff, wonderful large rooms made our too short visit a pleasure.

Excellent breakfast, fabulous location, room extremely large and nicely furnished. Staff very friendly and attentive.

The beds had too much give and movement. Seemed like older spring mattresses. Had a bit of difficulty checking in since we booked through Booking.com but everything was resolved in a positive and friendly manner.

Pleasant two nights and a great full day in between.

This chalet-like hotel is rustic outside, but upscale inside. Stylish furniture, fridge, styled as vintage, nice bathroom fixings. Comfortable beds (two queens in our room), Saarinen table, canglong mid-century chairs, etc

There is a climate control dial on the wall, but I can not figure out if it does anything. There is an AC unit underneath the window. This one works, while operated manually, and it is noisy. Not outrageously noisy, but still...

The Innsbruck Inn at Stowe is an authentic Alpine style hotel with a great family vibe.

The breakfast at Innsbruck Inn was wonderful.

There could have been a greatly variety of breakfast choices, overall we were quite happy with home cooked pancakes and real eggs.

Great place to stay, really cool alpine inn , great location, updated rooms, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, complimentary soup,cheese, crackers in the evening was a treat. All at a affordable price. Can't beat it.

Quick overnight stay

A decent hotel on Mountain Road, Stowe. close to the mountains and nature

The property is very old and dated. lugging suitcases up and down the stairs. In need of a major renovation. It is very noisy from people on the stairs, in the hallway and adjoining rooms.

Overall a lovely inn and good size room.

Our check-in information sheet advised that afternoon tea was available every day but when we enquired it actually wasn't available. Breakfast - served to order but in polystyrene boxes even if eating in.

staff great, but property in need of an urgent upgrade. Too pricey for this level of accommodation.

The location is fantastic and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Bed linen and towels are clean.

The property is really tired (nothing touched since 1980’s) and very much in need of a complete makeover. The breakfast was really poor and arrived in a polystyrene box with plastic cutlery, but this aside the staff are lovely and the location is fantastic, but we paid a decent amount of money for our stay and were very disappointed with the room and breakfast.

Cute hotel but way overpriced

Management was accommodating as we arrived after standard check in time.

The included breakfast was decent but the procedure for ordering night before with set time to arrive needs much improvement. Both days we waited at least 30 minutes past scheduled time. Room was very dated and needs updating.

we enjoyed our time in Stowe but will stay elsewhere next time.

quaint, charming, location

the staff was late arriving each day so the office wasn’t open on time and the free breakfast is delicious but no one showed up today to make it so all guests were without. they finally did show up an hour late and did what they could for the guests that were still waiting. no one seemed very concerned about it. property needs an update, for sure.

I’m glad we stayed at this quaint inn- it was the best we could afford on our budget.

The room was big and clean and well-worth the price. Grounds are beautiful. My negatives were gross shower, outdated kitchenette, breakfast was not great. My husband says the bed wasn’t comfortable but I slept just fine.

Rooms are large and comfy with beautiful areas on the property to enjoy

We loved everything about our stay here! The rooms are large with plenty of room to move around in. Our room had a double and a queen bed- both so comfortable! We had two mornings of breakfast included- delicious food made to order with many options to choose from. The property is beautiful with many areas to walk around and enjoy the scenery.

great location. peaceful and close to everything. Breakfast was awesome.

the bed were a little hard. room service did not come in all five days. we had to get towels, toilet paper at front desk. I was a little disappointed in that.

We had a very comfortable king-sized bed, the room was very clean, the bathroom was updated and very nice. We enjoyed the free breakfast every morning.
