Convenient place to stay before embarking on a cruise in San Pedro

Nice big room with a comfortable bed. Good complimentary breakfast with lots of choice

Lady who checked us in wasn't very welcoming. Paper plates and plastic cutlery were used at breakfast

Unsanitary.

The staff was friendly. They seemed to be dealing with a lot but were very nice

Almost all the furniture in my room was broken. I couldn't even open the closet doors to hang my clothes. The ceiling looked like it had been leaking despite being on the first floor. And The walls were filthy and had pen and mud (god I hope it was mud). And then when I went to sleep I found dark brown blood and mud stains on the inside of my covers. I'm glad I had my own blankets because it was to late to go somewhere else.

the bed was comfortable

the pool was filthy and the jacuzzi did not work at all

It was within the means of a budget.

The elevator and quiet staff. I prefer quiet, when working from a hotel room.

The eggs at breakfast were: too salty. Sausages at breakfast, could be of better quality. Waffles were good, and the milk was fresh.

love the location. everything you need is close by. owner was on site and very friendly and caring

Happy New Years!

A few things I like was check-in because i arrived at a later time instead of 3pm, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and housekeeping very friendly! Plus the hot breakfast!!

What I didnt like was there wasnt a person at the desk when checking out. I know there are cameras! Another guest and I dropped off our key card behind the desk and left. I would suggest a key drop box or a bell to call for staff.

I paid $400 for three nights, not worth the price for an unfriendly staff and a dirty bathroom

I enjoyed the comfort of the big bed.

The breakfast was disappointing, with semi hard croissants and cheese sticks were there for no reason. Even though the dining area was extremely tiny and not enough room between guests, I couldn't take my food to my room. The bottom of my toilet was dirty, with a layer of dust and hair. I had to hold the button down on the toilet to complete the flushing cycle or else it wouldn't work. Someone at the front desk woke me up my second night, wanting to know if I had left water running and if I was ok, because someone complained of water running..smh. There was no plug for the bath tub to take a bath. I did not feel welcome, there was no smile or greeting upon any employee I came in contact with my entire stay.

It was OK the staff is very helpful and I would come back again if the breakfast need to be done right

The floor is very dirty and the breakfast was repeating of same sausages for 3 days a row and same eggs but I had everything was OK

It's a cute, nice little hotel that also very accessible.

It's a cute room ~ It has great T.V. I like the couch with a coffee table ~ it's nice.

Oh, It's obvious the maids do NOT mop. A person's tootsies get covered in dust from walking around barefoot.

Good quality, poor communication and commitment to what’s told.

I still haven’t received my payment from the 100 that was said to go back into my account after I left and it’s been the entire day and I was told I’d get back my money 30 min after checking out
