Overall, I felt safe, and staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean, but nothing fancy.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. I felt safe there. Breakfast was good. Room seemed clean.

TINY bathroom! The room was adequate but not at all fancy for the price of $300/night (included taxes). I realize my stay was the weekend before the July 4th holiday and in Montana. I believe the cost was competitive with other hotels/motels in the area. I booked online, so there was no room for negotiation once I got to the hotel. I don't think there were very many TV channel choices. Wish that breakfast was available until 10:00 a.m.

Everything was great. I just didn't like the coffee you serve in the rooms.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable room.

The TV remote was very confusing, and instructions should be provided at check in.

was a good place to lay my head at the end of a long day. slept well.

I thought the breakfast was fine. Good selection. And the hostess seamed to stay on top of everything during the small rush while I was eating to keep everything filled.

Too bad the card coder went done so the staff had to hustle to open doors when ever we came back to our rooms. Causing only a slight inconvenience. Do you take AARP?

I may visit Hamilton again from UK in near future, I won't hesitate to book the Quality Inn again!

Very basic but more than adequate- serviced by lovely staff.

I stayed twice on first occasion n fist floor, on second occasion the ground floor . The difference highlighted the need for a lift - I struggled to take suitcase upstairs - maybe reception should arrange assistance ? .

I may visit Hamilton again from UK in near future, I won't hesitate to book the Quality Inn again!

The breakfast was supervised by a lady call Patty (I think) who greeted everyone with a delightful "Good Morning" There was a good choice of plenty of basics well presented - anyone who went hungry only had themselves to blame :-)

I stayed on two occasions the first time was on top floor and a real struggle to carry suitcase up to the room as no elevator. The second visit was ground floor and much easier.

Very good

Large rooms, comfortable beds, clean everything, great staff.

Didn't get here an hour earlier in the storm coming up from Utah. Nothing like a great place to stay instead of lumpy beds-halfway painted rooms, and semi cleaned bathrooms at other places.

Nice for a last minute decision

Hotel was clean. Room was clean and had good flow. June, front desk attendent stayed busy and was helpful. Breakfast was good. Coffee availability was nice. Decent creamer selection.

Convince store connection seemed a bit sketchy and unsafe. Door didn't latch on own. No swimming pool/hot tub

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was satisfying and there seemed to be a varied selection to suit a variety guest dining preferences.

Multiple guests appeared to be variety of travelers and workers being housed while working in the area. The hallway and parking lot were very noisy with the workers leaving at all hours. I was awakened constantly and found it difficult to sleep. The room was exceptionally small, the toilet was small, very low, and the seat was not securely fastened. Based on my travels, hotels, inns, motels, etc, the room was seriously over priced and under performed.

some ,not all , of the front desk staff fairly clueless… my reservation was totally messed up and I called twice before arriving to make sure our needs were to be accommodated
