About the only thing that went right was the checkout. Which couldn't have came soon enough. I was being pestered and quite near literally pushed out the door to my room. (15 minutes BEFORE checkout time) And I have never felt so looked dian upon or belittled as I did with my stay in Grants Pass.

The customer service was completely lacking. If your gonna be in customer service, make sure it's something you like to do, not something that makes you flip out on person after person because they ask you for some help with attaining wkn new towels ajd actually dk their job. Sad how much of a turn customer service has taken nowadays

For some unknown reason, the pre-set selection criteria went wrong after the order payment was successful. Booked two rooms, and one of the double bed rooms disappeared. When I arrived at the hotel, I found out that 3 persons had to be squeezed into a queen bed. After the man on duty at the front desk knows that the booking.com could not cancel the order, he upgraded my room for free and changed the room with a double bed that was $60 more expensive! Although the equipment is not the latest and greatest, the kindness and personal service of the man made this hotel a very good memory of my trip.

There are still a few small pieces of broken glass in the corner of the corridor in the courtyard that have not been cleaned. You can prepare more plastic bags in the pet area

Sufficient for our needs for a one night stay. The bathroom was nicer than expected.

Don't recommend staying more than one night. No microwave or fridge in room. The hall light from outside peek through the curtains. The double Queen bedroom did not have Queen sized beds.

What breakfast? Plus we were disappointed we had to go to the office for coffee

Let us know that there no amenities in the room. Washer and dryer both didn’t work

Room smelled like an ashtray, and 2 people were beating the $#!+ out of each other. There were homeless people wandering around the property.

Our stay was awesome and the staff was friendly and welcoming

Wish that there were small refrigerators and microwaves inside the rooms for customers staying for a week or more

Management was awesome 😎
