Nos encantó todo, desde el check in hasta el check out. En el área del desayuno nos complacieron preparándonos un desayuno especial la Sra. Luz nos trató muy bien. Lo recomiendo al máximo. Las muchachas del check in nos orientaron de la transportación y como debíamos movernos para tratar de verlo casi todo en 3 días. Lugar tranquilo y bien céntrico. Excelente lo recomiendo al 200%

We knew what to expect as we stayed here about 20 years ago. Not much has changed! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good shower with plenty of hot water. But it's the location which is the great advantage - close to the Metrorail, Metromover and bus services it's a good place from which to explore the attractions of the area without adding to the pollution. Guests receive a voucher for a free drink at the bar.

Breakfast is rather disappointing. Travelers from the UK can expect breakfasts similar to those available at Holiday Inn Express. Plenty of food and coffee, etc available - just not very appetising.

Disposables for breakfast: carton dishes, plastic knives, forks and spoons are not suitable for the star rating and price of this hotel. Definitely disposables for breakfast is for a 2/3 stars hotel and not for an hotel with the facilities and prices of the Hampton Hilton in Brickell.

The room was very spacious and clean. We loved the complimentary upgrade. The location was great, close to bars and the centre of Brickell. As for the breakfast we loved the waffles!

A last minute change of plans meant I was arriving at Miami International Airport at 6:25am and spending one night at hotel. I arrived at 8:30 am fully expecting to have to sit in lounge or leave my luggage and go out, but the very professional and amiable manager checked me in and said my room was ready and I could use it right away. I was so grateful. Everything after that was wonderful. The upgrade to a King bed suite, the full breakfast and cleanliness of the rooms and building. The location to my appointment was perfect.

I can find no fault at all.
