Poor

Beds were uncomfortable, and expensive for what they were. Other people were paying half the price.

I only liked the fact I had somewhere to sleep.

Awful

We woke up to find there was no water in the building. So we had to brush our teeth with bottled water that we provided and leave without showering.

Would not recommend unless due to extreme budgeting.

The property came with a microwave without extra pay compare to other hotels.

How in the pictures to show the rooms, it did not show that they have very small bathrooms and can barely fit two people. The hot water for the shower wasn’t working, the volume for the TV wasn’t working either, security for the door was a minimum and overall, the place was not thoroughly cleaned. Like a full deep clean. There were still dust and other residue from previous people that had stayed. For next time, please include how ALL bedrooms/bathrooms look like that way the next person that stays doesn’t feel bamboozled when getting a room with a very small bathroom with little to no counter top room.

overall it was comfortable and quite.

I like that it was in the center and the beach was not to far and shopping was easy to commute too.

it could of used more outside festers like picnic tables or more trees something more appealing to the surrounding area.

It was a good stay for a night or two.

The location is right off of the main road in south lake take. The bed was comfortable and clean. This is a good short term stay.

The rooms didn't smell clean and the Bathroom was cold. And it pretty noisy.

Good value place to stay near the lake.

Excellent location right near the lake with plenty of places to eat and drink close by. Clean and comfortable and good values for money.

Facilities a little basic but overall clean and comfortable. You get what you pay for and it certainly is good value for money.

Get location. Near lake and major shopping and gas...staff not as helpful

Great location couldn't ask for a better area Safeway and gas only two blocks away CVS across the street a small liquor store across the street so location was great and it was right next to the lake area

I'm handicapped and specified on the booking a handicapped room and when check-in also requested a handicapped room which they said it was however room 108 is not I asked them again and they were unable to accommodate me even with seven or eight vacancies room 108 is also right next to the hotel water heater and they did not inform me that water would be running all night and all day since it is for the entire Motel happy with the modern but very small room. Unhappy about them sticking me next to the hotel water heater...water running all night...avoid room 108

The bed was nice, but needs a fitted sheet

All the touch areas were dirty vertical dirty.

Good place if need pretty cheap and decent bed.

Needed safe, clean room for one night. It was quiet, clean and felt safe. Nothing special .

Great location to everything, Heidi's across the street had a great breakfast, their was a burger place right next door and the marina was almost within walking distance where we did a boat tour of the lake. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and nice staff.
