Ian, the guy at the desk, was very friendly! We had a nice chat!!

Staff was professional and accommodating. Parking lot was being re-paved with minimal impact on guests. Large jacuzzi and nice pool.

Sauna wasn’t hot - took me15 minutes to break a sweat. Key cards were crap. Get a couple of extra. Busy location near I-40.

Great value for this hotel! It used to be a rundown chain hotel. The present owners bought and renovated it. I'm sure they are in the middle of a multi year renovation plan. While there are a few minor cosmetic things like stair treads and tile grout here and there that haven't been addressed yet, the major stuff has been fixed or replaced. The overall decor and atmosphere is great. The staff, hotel room, lobby, weight room, spa, and sauna were all great. I would look forward to staying here again in the future and seeing whatever continues to be improved.

the staff was great. location was easy and close to everything. rooms were clean.

paper thin walls. anyone talking in the hallways felt like they were inside your room. lastly, the bed was hard.

I booked for then good location as well as restaurant/bar access. The hot tub area is nice.

The rooms are very basic and we found multiple hairs in our beds. questioned if they were even clean.. The shower curtain was really dirty & seemed unsanitary. liked the property, disliked our room.

Most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept in. Spa was open to warm us up after being on the road all day.

Our door randomly swung open at night either someone had a key or the wind did it. We were very unnerved after that and made sure we had it dead bolted and put a chair in front of it so we could sleep.
