It was an okay stay for one night in a great location.

The location was great and the landscaping and porch were very relaxing.

The breakfast was just okay. If you don’t want to provide anything like yogurt or refrigerator options, remove the refrigerator. Regular sized pillows on king bed were folded into small looking squares——waste of time and looked very small. Toilet bowl needs GOOD cleaning!

Good location to the airport. Nice and helpful staff

The location is great from the airport. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

It’s an older hotel that appears to be under some renovations. The room was relatively clean. When adjusting bed pillows there was abundance of hair behind the bed. The tv remote was held together with a band aid. No airport shuttle at our time of booking

Place to sleep but not a kept up property.

It was near the airport. Bed was comfortable

Room needs some work. Smoke detector wasn’t fastened to wall, it was hanging by wires. Some furniture looked worn with chip’s missing. Bathroom faucet was old, difficult to turn on and would squeak as used. Bathtub was dirty with dark brown smudges under faucet and corner of tub wall. Refused to even use the shower. Had to just wash up. Also the pillows were lumpy half pillows. I’ve never seen such small , lumpy pillows in a hotel.

The filth, blood on the curtains, black mold on vents and bathroom. 1st floor windows that won't lock closed. Staff that are rude at desk, cleaning people playing loud music as they walk in the hall.

It was a damn mess overall

Customer service is terrible at this hotel. The staff is rude. Clean linen and towels were hardly ever available. The staff only cleans your room once a week. It definitely wasn't worth the stay. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It smelled like someone was smoking in the hallway.

Someone was smoking marijuna on our floor. The hot tub was cold. The floor in the room was dirty

Didn’t know what I was getting for $110 a night queen bed room. Terrible!

Near airport

Old, run down. Bath mold, gross yellow stained toilet seat. Water stains everywhere on paint, stayed on 3rd floor not top floor. Old food in elevator floor the day we arrive, still there when we checked out. Very dirty hotel. Will not stay there again

Young man at Front desk was exceptional Room was large but needed some paint and fixes - banged up Hallway doors and moldings etc could all use some refreshing-looks old and abused Overall was clean

Nothing the bed was very uncomfortable, shower was bad needs upgraded years ago.

The whole room needs to be upgrade, we went to get extra towels and the towels smelled, staff wasn’t friendly.

Property is dated, needs renovation. “Breakfast” offering was the worst of any hotel I’ve stayed at.

Worse hotel ever

The good thing is was cheap and because of that I booked it with booking.com I didn't get a chance to check in because the manager didn't approve my stay because I got kicked out 2 years ago and because of that the manager refused me to stay the worse customer service

The beds were uncomfortable. The mold in the fridge was nasty. The room Smelled like dirty mop water. I didn't like the roaches on the wall either. The hallways had spider webs in corners.

Nice hotel and a good value.

Large room and very clean.

It is not that I didn’t like it, but the hotel had an interesting vibe. There were people on vacation combined with laborers helping with the hurricane clean-up. No issues but not the typical vacation hotel (at this time).

Nothing. I canceled my stay.

Vomit on floor outside my room. Other guests were very loud. Staff wasn't helpful. I checked out after viewing room. Staff said they could not credit my credit card.

Very good

The room was spacious. Very clean and the staff was very helpful and kind. We did not get a chance to eat breakfast at the hotel but we heard from others that it was great.

The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better, but overall was a clean room, bathroom, and great experience at this hotel. We would definitely stay again.

if not for the bed discomfort this could be a nice hotel, a little updating could make it a great hotel to stay.

the Hotel was clean - room was freshly cleaned and the handicap/hearing impaired accommodation was positive.

the bleach smell in the room was overpowering when you walked in. the laundry area had nowhere to sit and wait so I timed my dryer, only to find my clothing still hot and someone had thrown it on top of a washer because they couldn’t wait(I literally set my alarm for no. of mins so I could be prompt in removing them). my biggest complaint was THE BED!!! it’s time for a replacement . It was LUMPY,NOISY, and I could literally feel the springs through the mattress. Needless to say, I didn’t sleep well at all.
