Large rooms wit good beds but hygiene is rather poor

Large rooms with comfortable beds in quiet place with chairs/table in front of small terrace of apartment

Details of cleaning were bit poor in room and breakfast room. Breakfast was dissapointing as even single big jar of strawberry jam with single knive was long past expiry date and really disgusting… Such jam should be in dedicated cups for each person anyway. Maybe the dedication of the team could be improved, as the details do make a difference and team is of limited help

OK for a (1) night stay but wouldn't stay any longer.

The location to the "downtown" shopping area was great. The location is away from suburbia.

The breakfast was below par even for post covid. There was no juice, waffle maker was there but no mix available. The prep area just feel as clean as it should. Some of the staff did not understand English.

excellent location . clean, lots of space for ski gear family of 3. basic but clean, comfortable , priced for the budget friendly. kind staff. waffle maker for fun breakfast with decent coffee and orange juice.

I dislike the disposable plates and cutlery provided at the breakfast. They are too poor quality to be useful and there is no recycling provided

Nice, clean, simple

Very welcoming staff, just outside of Manchester center. Close to ski resorts as a budget friendly option. Will stay here again.

I highly recommend it as a 2-star place, unpretentious, friendly, clean, and conveniently located.

Without requesting it, we got upgraded to a room in the second building, behind the first one. These rooms have a nice view of mountains, and of a small pond, and greenery all around. We enjoyed our take out dinner on the balcony!

The breakfast was a little bit "basic", but I would not say I did not like it. There just was not much choice. Still, it was not a big problem, and my wife got a lesson from another guest on how to make waffles with the hotel appliance! :-)

Fabulous relaxing stay

Staff was so friendly room was clean, breakfast was good and the pool was so clean and wonderful. Would definitely stay again

Very good

Location was perfect, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Our room smelled of wet dog - clearly the previous occupants had dogs and the facility could not or did not clean it out properly.

great value large comfortable rooms

centrally located. spacious rooms and large bathroom, they do have coffee maker and blow dryer in room although not listed in amenities. casual breakfast from cereal to make your own waffles. fridge in room and additional chairs and tables did not feel cramped like some places. pool and table and chairs outside of rooms
