one desk person was not very friendly and would not help us check in early even though other staff member had said it would be ok on the phone

A nice little getaway.

It was a good location. I like the firepit to relax outside on the patio. It was quiet and clean. There was an area to relax and play pool or chill by the fireplace. There was breakfast included

Well, the pool table was in the main area, so it was close or put away at 9.

Hotel Ruby is a true gem

friendly staff, great breakfast, comfortable room. great location for drive up to Schweitzer. good restaurants within walking distance.

it was a little noisy, both from in and outside. I live close to a highway and train tracks so don’t have issues sleeping the through the noise. people not used to it may want to bring ear plugs.

Hot tub, close to mountain and parking.

They should specify on Booking.com that this hotel is not pet-friendly, it is only dog-friendly. Cats are not allowed. Room is pretty small and breakfast below average.

The bed was really comfortable. The room was clean and the staff were very nice ccx and pleasant.

Wonderful…looking forward to our next visit.

The fireplace, whirlpool tube and size of the room. Really like choice of body wash and soap.

Need more similar rooms.

Avoid hotels with secret deposit fees.

Found reservation, Good Bed. Quiet.

Hotel charges a nuisance Deposit when you check in. $75. Goes against your Credit Card, nature of bank charges and exchange rates means that deposit cost an extra $7.00 by the time funds are returned. No Coffee, So so Breakfast.

I like the place, but not the bathroom

everything was very good except for the smelly bathroom

Very good

The room was very comfortable and hot breakfast in the morning was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The internet was very slow in the evenings. Our room was on the edge so there may have been coverage issue. But other guests I talked to including a FedEx staff who have stayed there for weeks also said the Internet was slow. The staff was responsive to the issue and we hope it will be fixed.

Love the pool table, the pool and hot tub, the lounging and breakfast area, everything! The staff was even kind enough to extend an offer for movies from the front desk if I got bored with the TV in the lounge area. All hours of the night, the staff was friendly and helpful, and always attentive!
