this was the worst stay ever! I am so upset, and I believe the maid just prior to checking in tried to light a towel on

the property has a good location in south Medford. in addition, to the motel being on the main road. when I don’t have to take short cuts or walk on bike paths to get access to room.

the customer service was very unprofessional. the women who hacked us in the motels. she was busy with her toddler son. He looked to be about 2years of age. where she was not able to meet his needs at that time. for example., closing the office door to process the payment. I believe she has been a ungrateful business owner. where she made claims against me as a residential customer. when I find it very discriminating, against my race being Native American. I don’t know why she made claims on behalf of racism. i believe she was verbally attacking me in defense of illegal activities. where the motel staff has framed persons who have been staying there. in addition, to a local man you passed away at motel. the room air quality was terrible. while I noticed the ceiling was low and had black mold infestation.

never again rather sleep in my truck

very run down, dirty, cockroaches running around and black mold in bathroom ceiling falling down in shower

noisy all night long, police patrol it nightly druggies everywhere

#! Good things going bad.

Nice size room. Comfortable bed

Parking is poor. Had large dog barking. No wash cloth. No caffeinated coffee . Niebors fighting, Others up all walking on crackling floors and running bath water at 2 o'clock in the morning then showering. Needless to say I didn't get any sleep

Terrible bug infestation

Bug infestation in room 123. Saw 2 cockroaches, 2 pitcher bugs, a what looked like a tick, and some others. They were coming from the walls. Took 3 different showers, none had hot water. Not worth the low price.

Royal Crest g and b's .

There's a sign there that said no dogs. The people in back of me had a German shepherd, I could tell by the barking. It drove me crazy. The bed was very comfortable, the room large. Needs abit of work.

Superb

It was clean. Towels and sundries were quality and every thing else that you would expect even in a 4 star place were there. Only complaint would be the lite over the sink was out. Had a bulb, I would have fixed it.

AWFUL! DONT STAY HERE! IT'S A ROYAL DUMP!!!

Nothing. Worst Place I've ever stayed.

The price didn't reflect the value. I definitely OVERPAID for this room. There were roaches. The room didn't look very clean. There were stains on the pillowcases and the chairs in the room. The door looked like it had been busted in, a few times. The bathtub was a slip hazard, almost fell a few times. Also seemed like a sketchy part of town. A couple of the stairs going up to the room felt like they needed to be replaced.

I give Royal Crest a fair rating because of the cockroaches and loose facet.

The room was OK, looked clean and the bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and water was hot in the shower. TV and fridge were working, did not use the microwave. The lady who checked us in was very pleasant.

I noticed several cockroaches in the room, adults and small ones, on the vanity and TV stand. The faucet on the vanity was loose.

Close to thing. But thats property location plus, not property itself.

How can that cockroach infested place be the same price as Motel6??????? This place should be $40, in that case I would understand where I slept and why there are bug bites all over my body. Plus - I slept dressed in my clothes, no PJ, I would never undress in that place. And I slept on an emergency blanket I had with me, I woukd never go into those blankets...

Will not stay again

Screen in window was broken, unsafe environment right outside of room, pricey for such poor room. Bathroom and sleeping area was dilapidated and unclean.

We should have left

There is nothing about this property that I liked. In fact we brought home bed bugs.So there is bill we didn’t count on.

First it looks like this motel is housing ex cons, homeless folks and drug addicts. We were in a bottom floor room in between two older men and one damn near followed my husband into our room! The property had overflowing garbage cans, and cigarette butts everywhere. We almost left, we should have. There were dirty towels in the bathroom, an absolutely filthy chair, and it looks like bed bugs too. We felt uncomfortable and unsafe while we were there. We slept in our clothes and left a 4 am. Saw a man eating out of the dumpster on the way out. I should have taken pictures. And we should have left.

Linens were well used - stained, burned holes Residents of hotel left a lot to be desired. A lot of homeless people around. Don’t look in the corners of the bathroom - it isn’t pleasant.

this hotel is awful, mostly full of permanant residents, its fallung apart, everything is stained and had holes including the towells, no hand towells just one old dingy washrag. i stay in budget hotels all the time this is the 2nd worse ever, gabage overfliwing, no bteakfast or maid service, stairs are rotten

The staff here is really great. My room is clean. Some of the guests are very friendly and informative. Close to fast food, or groceries. It's a good location.

The TV worked.

The roaches behind my fridge, they took all our towels (over 2 days) and didn't replace them until we called. Rooms wreaked of smoke, but its non-smoking. Towels are gray and stained. Its overwhelmingly dirty. Mold, and a nice wash cloth using our sink pipe, presumably so it wouldn't leak. It's cheap, but motel 6 is better. This place was disgusting
